I would say the word to describe them is fantastic. My relationship with Milton Frank Plumbing started when I was having a plumbing emergency. They were the most available of the places I contacted, and even though they said they wouldn't be able to come by until 11, they found a way to get someone out here at 9.
Carlos was phenomenal. He fixed the problem immediately, and advised about another situation that was looming. I ended up contracting Milton Frank to re-plumb my whole property, which was deteriorating galvanized pipe made in the 1980s.
The workers were phenomenal, clean, and they restored everything in a way that, as a homeowner, I'd hope someone would take care of my property. Carlos also advised me that my water heater was about 20 years old, so I had them back to put in two tankless water heaters.
They also ripped out a garden tub in the master bathroom and installed a new shower, which looks gorgeous and works beautifully. All the workers that came in over the weeks, and there were quite a few, they also treated my property with the utmost respect. If you want to say the words, "You get what you pay for," you GET what you pay for with them. It's not the cheapest, I'll admit that, but I don't want the cheapest plumber messing with my investment. I want Milton Frank Plumbing.
