Miller Enviro Care

Miller Lawn Care tells you what everyone is is doing wrong, then when they get your new account they work real hard at the beginning then the do nothing. My plants are infested with bugs, they keep saying these bugs are hard to $@!#%. This has been 7 months now so the plants and schrubs continue to die. They say they have a plant guarantee to replace them, I will let you know how this works out. Buyer beware! more

I tried all the big companies and my yard got in such a mess due to chinch bugs and sod web worms. I finally tried Miller because I saw their sign in a beautiful yard. My yard started to come back and they took such good care of it that when I put my house up for sale everyone complimented me on the yard. I highly recommend them. more

I had to replace my sod this past year and really didnt want to keep it up myself any longer like I used to now that I'm getting up in age. Miller Enviro-Care was recommended to me by the landscaping crew that layed my sod. Truely the best! Steve Miller and crew are very informative and helpful. I signed up with Miller last fall to help me get rid of weeds and yellow patch. We have had a couple of different techs treat our lawn. Last Wednesday a new tech "Jessie" came by and I happened to be home. Jessie took time to walk my entire lawn with me. He gave me pointers to help improve my lawn. Afterwards he treated my lawn paying close attention to detail. He was thorough and professional. I would highly recommend asking for Jessie to treat your lawn. Good job Jessie! more

Wanted to let everyone know that I am more than pleased with Miller Enviro Care. While installing the shrubs along Snowhill today we encountered a huge stretch of Carpenter ants. To make a long story short, I made a phone call to inform Miller of the situation and not only was it addressed, it was resolved with in 45 minutes. This is the second time I have had a need addressed with our community and the response is wonderful. Thank you to Miller Environmental Care for recently working with me in controlling our flea infestation. Steve was very helpful in explaining the process needed to make us a happy household once again - I was very concerned with the thought of using a lot of chemicals and Steve assured me that he would be using the most effective, and the smallest amount of chemicals to do the trick. With two dogs and a cat we certainly needed additional assistance this flea season. I just recently changed from one of the larger companies after 1.3/4 years to Miller after meeting them about a month ago as they were driving through my neighborhood.. They pointed out several problem situations that I knew I had been dealing with for over 6 months with no resolution from the other company, even though I had them out several times for the same issues! They treated my yard that very day and told me to expect changes within a week or two. Well.. when I woke the next morning and looked out the front window I thought honestly that I was in the wrong house.. I'm not kidding. My yard was actually green!! My neighbors asked me what I had done, and I informed them of my change in company care... After the second visit, my yard was thicker, greener,and believe this.. NO WEEDS!! I was SO impressed I recommended them to my co-worker and a neighbor..I've got 1/2 acre and I've never seen the back yard look SO good.. My neighbors tell me that they just love my lawn.. We called three different companies to give us quotes on pest and lawn care service. After meeting with all three companies we were impressed by your professionalism, knowledge of services, and your hands on approach to ensure we were informed and knowledgeable about the services you provide as well as the difference in services from other vendors. During the quoting process, you went the extra mile to show us how to operate our sprinkler system. You weren't afraid to get your hands dirty or your clothes wet and you identified a problem with a broken pipe that we were unaware of free of charge. During the sprinkler repairs you made sure that we were informed of any additional repairs that were needed, the urgency of the repair and the cost associated with each. After seeing the dedication you have to your customers, there was no doubt in our mind that Miller Enviro-Care would be best company to take care of the services we needed for our home. Your services impressed us even more during the initial service of the pest and lawn control. You were more than willing to work around our hectic schedule. After arriving right on time, you were very diligent and detailed in your pest control initial service. Our home was empty for 10 months before we purchased it and there were quite a few unwanted pests. After your initial service we were proud to know that these pests were no longer residents within our home. Almost immediately after the initial lawn care service and sprinkler repairs we noticed a difference in our lawn. We have been using Miller Enviro Care for about 3.5 years. We hired them for our lawn fertilization, bug and termite treatments. We are extremely happy with the owner Steve because he is not only a concerned and competent lawn care professional, he is also extremely responsive. His employees are also competent and very nice to work with. It's nice that they let us know before hand when they will be here to treat the house or lawn, as we have dogs. We have tried other big name experts, only to find them to be much less than "expert". They tend to hire employees who don't care, are incompetent, and have a high turnover rate. Miller has some of the best long-term employees we have ever had the pleasure to work with, it appears as though they are part owners in the business and truly are concerned about our lawn staying healthy, green, - weed and bug-free. We have been so disappointed with too many Florida home improvement type contractors, but it is a pleasure for Miller to work for us- they can be depended on, and our lawn looks beautiful. Miller also got rid of the roach infestation that inhabited our house when we bought it. We are thankful for Miller's excellent service and wish we could find more business owners who actually take pride in their work and are as dedicated to their customers as Miller Enviro Care is. Miller Enviro Care has really been very helpful. They always answer any questions I have, and they always explain everything.
