Don't shop at Millennium Ford 11/30/2009

In searching for a car I stopped into Millennium Ford. I could not believe how high pressure they were. I ended up just walking out because they just would not stop their sales pitch. I specifically asked them not to call me afterward but since then I have received call after call from them and they do not leave a business name when they call. Buy the way, I have also called them back and asked them not to call and they still continue to call. Don't shop at Millennium Ford. Cons: high pressure sales job... more

It's all about money.....YOUR MONEY 10/15/2008

The Service Advisors in the Service Dept. (S.W. 146th and Ambaum) do not work for Millennium Ford. They are Ford Certified, but they are entrepreneurs. They are independent. It's all about money. Even when there is NOTHING wrong with a vehicle, one Service Advisor will say, ""you know me....I ALWAYS find something wrong."" There have been many situations where the car owner is told their parts need replaced, yet the parts are new because they were just replaced months ago, somewhere else! It takes a long time to get a simple oil change. People sit in the waiting room for an hour and a half, to find out their car still has not even been moved inside, for the oil change. Many find after their car is repaired, it literally breaks down on the freeway, there are ""screws"" or other things missing so it's not put back together properly, and many have to return (after the ""repairs"") because the car is in worse shape than when first brought in! Your car may sit here for days, weeks, or literally months, as you wait for repairs. Money flows here with jacked-up prices, and the Service Advisors working on commission. They aren't nearly as excited about your simple oil change as they are about your costly transmission work. It's all about money.....YOUR MONEY! I have talked with many people who have had nightmare experiences here. Go to a business where you will be valued and respected. more

Millenium Ford bent over backwards for me! 6/9/2008

I never had a problem with Millenium Ford. I have purchased five different vehicles from them for my husband and me over the past few years. When my husband's health declined and he had to close his business and return his truck, they were more than willing to work with me to buy the truck back from us and let us purchase another car to absorb the original trucks residual balance. The sales and credit people I worked with worked dilligently to help me out of my bind. Pros: Clean and polite office and personnel wer friendly Cons: hard to make a left out of parking lot more

Think Again 4/19/2008

So... I went with my cousin to help him find a car... because he was looking to get something new... He finally after looking at a few cars he found a lincoln Zephyer. Pretty nice car... So they told him that he needed $1800 down-payment and the payments would be like $700 a month... so he signed the papers and drove off the lot with the car... So then a week and a half later after having the car they call my cousin and tell him that he needs a total of a $4500 down-payment plus tax and licensing for a total of almost $7000. So instead of getting a car that he cant afford they tell him that he can just bring back the car and everything will be fine. To find out a week later they want to charge him a per diem since he decided to buy a car from his uncle for a $1000. Since they ran his credit so much that it made it almost impossible to get a loan from any other dealership. Just so you know what they mean by a per diem is that they are trying to make him pay a car rental fee for having the vehicle when he thought it was his. SO to everyone who is thinking about buying a car from them.. Think again... more

Extremely poor customer service 3/24/2008

Ordered fleet car to be delivered to this dealership for later delivery to me. Car arrived and sat for nearly a week without any notification or anything being done to ""prepare"" the car for delivery. Attempts to clarify and confirm the status of the car were met with great hostility by the fleet sales assistant, M. The manner in which this person spoke to me was deplorable, unprofessional and unforgivable. No customer should be subjected to this kind of poor service. When I requested to speak to a manager, initially I was advised the manager would do nothing for me, I insisted and he said he would leave a message but I later found out from the manager that didn't take place. The company that manages our cars will be informed so that hopefully no other employees will have to experience what I have. I strongly recommend that if you can, do your business elsewhere. You will save yourself the stress and tears I endured. more

Great service 9/28/2006

My experience with Millenium Ford has been nothing but outstanding. The price of my used Explorer was low by comparison. In addition, I just had my car serviced and communication was again, outstanding and the price very fair. Pros: Very friendly and eager to help Cons: Haven't found any negatives more

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1/26/2006

Millenium Ford in Burien had one of the worst customer service and bad Sales Associate. They promise to take care of you once you buy from them, but the truth is that they don't care once you made a purchase with them. This is not how you want to earn business of return customer. BEWARE MILLENIUM FORD DEALERSHIP........ more

Ignored, finagled and mistreated. 7/18/2005

When dealing with car dealers, this has to be the worst. They lied about the condition of the car (3 different stories), they miscalculated the cost of the car and sent me a bill 2 months later, they sat int he back room and chatted while ""filling out paperwork"" for 3 hours. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had, and I paid in CASH! Sorry folks, there's a lot better places to buy a car. Pros: Inexpensive used car Cons: Unprofessional, Disorganized, Rude more
