We have been putting a lot of money into our car, and if it wasn't Mr. Transmission we probably wouldn't have done it. Recently, before I took it to Mr. Transmission, I went somewhere else, and they quoted me an outrageous price, and told me everything opposite of what Dave and RD had said. They gave me such an erroneous story I almost laughed. I had wanted to prove to my wife that we were safe with Mr. Transmission. I know that whatever Dave tells me is correct, that is why we go to them.\r more

They are so customer oriented, so that I don't feel like a number. They don't try to turn you around and get you out to get someone else in, which the typical garage does. They have given me a more pleasurable experience than I imagined possible. In the past 2 years they have practically done everything on our vehicle except the bottom end of the motor and the rear end.\r more

I can go in and know that I am not taken advantage of. They give their customers the best service possible. They go out of their way to please their customers. I have not seen service like that in over 20 years. Their approach to customers is the way it used to be 20 plus years ago.\r more

The service was done well and finished the same day. All parts of the cooling system were checked and fixed. They gave me a lift to work. They over filled the radiator a little but that's no problem. No complaints.\r more

I was recommend to Mr. Transmission in Altamonte Springs when my car broke down. I was in my personal vehicle, my wife and I had only had it for maybe 12 weeks, and it died on the side of road. The tow truck driver came out and asked where I wanted it towed. I initially said to our house. He asked what I thought was wrong with it, and when I said that I had no clue because the type of car we have is a little unique, he recommended Dave at Mr. Transmission. We did not know Dave at all, but my wife and I discussed it and decided it was the right decision for us. The tow truck diver said that he has heard a lot of good thing about Dave, and when he recommended them in the past it was always a fantastic experience. We went there, and they told us exactly what was wrong and fixed exactly that. We have been going there ever since. I don't let anybody touch my car except Dave and RD. I can't say enough good things about them, and I am happy to recommend a shop like them. \r more

The shop was very busy when I got there.i had to wait a little but it was worth it because once the problem was diagnosed, the repairs did not take long. Although the repair did not completely solve the problem, I would recommend this shop.\r more

Mr. Transmission was great . They were able to diagnose my son's 2002 Volvo transmission problem quickly and had it repaired the next day. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Great service and honest everything was just grea.\r more

I have never seen a business that works so hard to make sure customers are satisfied. R.D. has always taken care of any automobile problem I bring him even if it's not directly related to mechanic work (fixed my bumper when I was dumb enough to run it into a sewer). He has always been very competitive in pricing and his service is the best.\r more
