I feel that the staff did an excellent job in getting my car back to me at a decent time. This made it so much better for me to get back to Nacogdoches.

Never have I spent so little time in a dealership. The buying experience was wonderful. The next day when I returned to pick up my new car, the salesman Jason Seaman knew who I was and greated me before I ever made it to his desk. Stephanie in finance is a delight. more

Not bad 2/28/2012

Being from out of state we were delighted that the car was worked on immediately. At first the serviced advisor was sure she knew what the difficulty was... after describing it several times... I had to request that the service advisor try what I was saying... and then the problem was diagnosed correctly. She was also a little misleading on the total cost of the repair. While the parts she was talking about were inexpensive... the other part replaced plus the labor was more than we were expecting. I realize that $300.plus repair isn`t uncommon... but we were surprised. Overall we were pleased with the service. more

Well-run Dealership 8/30/2011

While our vehicle was being serviced the staff drove us to Sam`s Club to do some shopping when we were done they came back and picked us up. Excellent way to run a business! more
