I will only be using Midwest for any other fence work I have in the future. If you have a small fence project, don't waste your time calling anyone else.

REALLY!!!! OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! 1/6/2011

Just an FYI for everyone that has any dealings with this comapny... I have been waiting 5 months for my fence. Just found out today 1/6/11 by having to go to their building (they wouldn't answer the phone ar return messages) That THEY ARE NO LONGER IN BUSINESS!!!! The note on the door said they would be sending a letter with options on what I can do. I will tell them what they can do is send me my $1,200 dollars + interest that they have had since August. more

The fence install is great 11/17/2010

I looked at several other fence companies but Midwest is the only company that provides military discounts of 5%. I talked with Christine the majority of the time. The fence install is great. more

Fair price 11/15/2010

Midwest agreed to do the job at a fair price, but I decided to do a 'self install' and just paid for parts. Midwest helped me every step of the way and treated me like a human being instead of just a dollar sign. more

The only decent place to work with 11/5/2010

It was extremely aggravating to talk to the other fence companies. Midwest was the only decent place to work with. I now have a project requiring 500 feet of vinyl and Midwest Vinyl is going to get the job because their service is so exceptional. more

The yard was clean and debris were moved. The product and installation were completed as expected. The workers were courteous and salesman was polite and nice. The communication was clear and effective. We really are happy with the service. more

We called and you responded to our call. The salesman was great! He told us all about the fence and looked over everything. The installers were wonderful and did a great job. Everything was cleared up and cleaned when they left. Midwest Fence did it better than I thought it could be. more

5 months later....still just fence posts...no end in sight! 10/6/2010

They've had our money for five months and took 3 months to get the fence posts in. (nice crew, though) and have been putting us off for 2 more months on getting it done. They avoid phone calls, you can't talk to a manager or owner. The salesman will promise you the world and then you'll never see him again. It's bad. You'd have less trouble starting your own fence company. If they had ANY customer service AT ALL i wouldn't be writing this review. I'm thinking that the nice reviews on here must be family members of the company;) more
