BEWARE ? inattentive, belligerent & bad mannered staff! We frequently dine at restaurants and on this occasion, we accidentally used a coupon we had previously redeemed. After being made aware of our mistake, we apologized and presented the previously intended and valid coupon. Upon bringing us our corrected bill accused us of quote ?trying to rip them off with a ?phony? coupon,? and said word-for-word, in a very confrontational and angry way and ?He said to tell you to pay your &#$'n bill & get the &#@% out of the restaurant,? as she thrust a new copy of our bill into my chest.\r I stepped to my left to get around the lady so I could find the owner. Like a mad-woman she grabbed my arms and jerked me. My husband was furious & he yelled for her to get off & demanded the owner ? I was in tears! She swore & kept yelling, ?He said to tell you...!? It was absolutely bizarre!!! \r When we finally spoke with the owner, he was very short and unwilling to listen to us as he spewed excuse after excuse (such as him having to let a guy go in the back moments before after a fight in the kitchen). When given the chance to finally explain, we clarified we wanted to & HAD paid - we just wanted to complain about the staff & the management. He called the manager over to 'join us & defend herself.' In front of the owner, she raised her voice & called us 'liars,' after which she continued to talk in circles (and didn?t apologize until we demanded). The situation was never rectified, the owner summarized he felt it was a quote ?a bunch of coincidences? that unfortunately led to a ?bad situation? rather than taking responsibility and apologizing for the unprofessional behavior of his staff. Using a fight in his kitchen as justification for a manager using vulgar language and violent behavior is not only absurd, but unacceptable. \r If you value dining where your family will be treated with respect, this is definitely not the restaurant for you. The absolute worst service I have ever received. I just moved here and went out to grab a sandwich and a couple beers. I got a sandwich and a beer but I sat forever waiting on a 2nd beer. Finally a lady who appeared to be the manager walked by and I asked her for a beer and she told me the bartender would get me one. I very nicely said that was a problem and it was why I asked her. She said well ""you'll just have to wait"" and stormed away. I can understand if it was busy but there were 3 other people sitting at the bar. I now know why there were only 3 people at the bar during a football game, it isn't the economy. I was warned by a new neighbor about how bad this place was and didn't listen. Drive the 5 minutes to Fox and Hound or whatever pub you like. I only gave a star because you can't give 0 stars Pros: the lake Cons: a waste of a place on the lake more

So i would like to like this place but i just cant. twice now i have been to this place and had the server spill beer or drinks on me. Neither time was an effort made to apologize and both times the people just seemed irritated they had to clean up the mess. I lie all the selections on the menu, but mostly just glorified bar food. Stick to the simpe things on the menu . Live music is fun and a great location on the lake but i would not go out of the way for anything here. Pros: live music Cons: service and fod quality more
