You are absolutely right!when you have a loan with them they never send you a paper to tell you how much a balance left in your loan,they are all keep secret the loans infromation...

WORSE COMPANY IN USA 2/18/2011

I will never recommend this company, very bad service, they provide wrong information for my acct. they had me on hold for more than an hour. The people transfer me like 8 times, they don't know what the heck they do!! more
