I just recently move out of my apartment but my experiences with them were not pleasant. When I first looked at the apartment, the agent was friendly and pleasant but after I signed the lease it went down hill. When I moved in the bathtub was stained the floor wasn't as clean. The heater made very loud banging noise in the winter, the wall were very thin. I would hear my neighbor talking every night and doing other stuff. Micozzi maintenance van also parked in the parking spot that I paid for $75/month almost once a week and every time I call to ask them to move their van they give me attitude, it also took them 20 minutes to walk downstairs and move it. I work 12 hours a day at my office and I definitely didn't pay to come home and find someone in my parking spot that I pay a fee for every month. Then when I moved out, I cleaned everything in my apartment, I scrub and bleach everything I could (I'm a clean freak). I also moved out early so that Micozzi maintenance people can come in and do some touch up in the apartment. When I finally received my security deposit I was charge $200 and $100 was for the invoice of the cleaning Micozzi did and the 8 pictures they attached to the letter they sent me. I never requested an invoice and I didn't request for the pictures. I called them to find out why I was charge and they told me the invoice was for the cleaning they had to do on the stove and bathtub. I was rarely home because I worked so much and the bathtub was stained when I first moved in. I tried bleaching it and the stain would not come off. Think twice before you rent here.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: too many
