Michigan Laser Center

The staff is nice and I felt comfortable there. I dont get the bad reviews - I think they were from when it was under different management. I dont think this infamous ""Sharon"" runs the place anymore. It is run by a woman named Heather and another woman - I think it is her sister. Whenever there is a bad review with lots of nutty exclamation points and capital letters warning of impending doom it is hard to take seriously anyway. I had the laser done on my face and it worked 100% permanently. I had hair on my upper lip that at some spots was coarse and it totalIy vanished after 5 treatments that took about 5 minutes each. I wish Id had it done ten years ago. They use LightSheer. It was soooo worth it. The office is nothing fancy at all - it is small and just inside of a big office building that seems really quiet and empty but it is clean and comfortable and like I said - the women are friendly and seem to care and know what they are doing. It felt like I was with my aunts or something. I would recommend this place. more

I found this place because of the promotion on Groupon and after reading the reviews on here I decided to be my own critique since the reviews were on both sides of the spectrum and also because the bad reviews were from a couple years ago. After my first session, I couldn't understand why anyone thought the owner was anything but wonderful. Sharon is no longer at Michigan Laser Center and the company is under new ownership by a lovely lady named Heather. I felt immediately and completely comfortable with her and always recommend her to my friends and family. I've been to a couple laser centers and this center has my all around highest rating. more

At first I was hesitant to come to Michigan laser center after reading the horrible reviews. I thought I would give it a try and I called the place to see who this Sharon lady was and they informed me that she no longer owned the place and it was under new ownership. I went in for a consultation and absolutely loved the place and the owner whose name is heather. I went to a couple different places to compare pricing and Michigan laser center was by far the cheapest place. I started laser in October and I am now hairless!!! Everytime I go to my appointments they get me in right away which is great because I work a lot. They are great with conforming appointments and I really am so happy w my choice! more

I had the best experience at Michigan Laser Centers. The way they treat their customers is incredible. They informed me about the package system that they have, and it was a great deal and a great success. I've recommended this laser center to many of my friends and family members, who have also bought packages and really thoroughly enjoyed their time spent there. My money their was well spent and i would do it all over again. Pros: Great deals, Great customer service! more

I am sorry I didn't see this review earlier. Sharon is horrible! She hires people who burn you and when you complain she smack talks the technicians and does nothing for you! I bought a package and I totally regret it. I regret not doing my research before giving this lady my money. I try to make appointments and no one ever calls back. I am reporting them to the BBB. People, please do your research before going here. I am sure Sharon placed the good reviews on this site herself because I haven't met one person that is happy going here. This is not how to run a business. One word: Ridiculous. Please take my advice and this review seriously and take your business elsewhere. Pros: Nothing more

Please...to anyone who is considering going to Michigan Laser Centers, please think twice! One of the owners (Sharon) is NOT A GOOD PERSON. They offer a great package and if you pay up front you will get a free treatment in your package however DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. Once they have your money they will treat you like dirt. There has been a COUNTLESS amount of times that my appointments have been cancelled on me within minutes of the appointment. There has been other times that I have shown up for my appointment and the center has been closed with no note! There has also been times where they have kept me waiting for HOURS in the waiting rom...To be honest thy really do not care about you. Once you have paid up front and they have your money you can kiss customer satisfaction goodbye. Now I am in the middle of filing a small claims law suit to get the money back from my remaining package because I refuse to get treated like dirt any longer. I too recommended people in the beginning but now I realize that was a mistake. \r \r So PLEASE..anyone who is considering going to MICHIGAN LASER CENTERS in either Farmington Hills, Sterling Heights, or Dearborn...PLEASE think twice and find someone else. You may think they are offering a good deal, but in reality they are taking greatr advantage of you! \r \r So Beware!!\r \r MICHIGAN LASER CENTERS IS A SCAM....However, if you choose to go there...DO NOT PAY IN FULL AS I DID, pay time by time so when you begin to get treated like dirt you can just discontinue from going there and find a new place instead of filing a law suit!\r Pros: There is no pros...you will regret coming here unless you want to be scammed! I went the other day and i started my hair laser removal treatment. I was really happy with my results i got all my family and friends going there now. more

I went to Michigan Laser Centers in Farmington Hills (they even have locations in Warren and Dearbrorn) and was pleasntly surprised to find the lowest prices in laser hair removal AS WELL AS TRAINED PROFESSIONALS!! The clinic is managed by a plastic surgeon and registered nurse, so i was comfortable that whoever worked on me knew what they are doing. I paid $75 for my underarms and that price cant be beaten by any other laser place, most places charge a couple hundred at least. I've been to countless clinics and was even burned and didnt even get any results. Everyone at Michigan Laser Center was friendly, and i eventually decided to get the full body laser treatment for just a couple hundred dollars. Is that amazing, or what?? =)\r \r Ask for Sharon! Shes amazing! Pros: Affordable prices, trained professionals, clean environmen, friendly staff Cons: Wish I had found out about them earlier! more
