I absolutely adore these stores, I find them incredibly inspirational and any project you could think of starting is at your fingertips. Unfortunately I find the staff to be unengaged and slow. After pressing the 'call for help' button in the store I am often left unattended. I have had a few times where I pushed the button and an employee came and assisted someone else who didn't touch the button then takes off, leaving me insulted and unanswered. some of the staff do not know sculpy from socks. I also find many isles occupied by huge ladders making it near impossible to shop in that isle. If the quality of the staff matched the quality of the store I would be much more pleased. I also noticed they don't carry a few rather common products which makes shopping in one store impossible. Overall a great place to shop if you have no questions about products or projects. more

I love to shop at this store but always end up buying so many different projects I can never get them done. They have a good selection of silk flowers at this store and if you watch the sunday adds there is always a 40% off coupon to help defer the cost. I find the framing department to be a bit pricey. But they also have a good amount of frames for you to do it yourself. more

I love doing art's and crafts with my kids and this is the place to go! I love the coupons and sales. I love letting my 3 year old go wild finding new projects. more
