I submitted an online inquiry about service and now over 10 days later I received a deceiving survey email that only provided one link... Leading to a (false) acknowledgement that I "received my service" when in reality I received no communication at all. Seems the survey function is a trap to get "completed work" survey results, when in reality, my inquiry was either ignored or mishandled by Michael and Son!!! If the customer survey is this dodgy, how could I ever be confident in any real services provided...avoid...avoid...avoid Michael and Son! This should be a 0 star review but it won't go that low on the star review system. more
