Very professional, helpful, and above all honest in dealing with a bed bug scare. If you think you have a bed bug problem these are the guys to call. I called two other companies that came to my house for a free inspection (hardly looked) and were ready to charge me thousands to spray. Metro brought their dog and thoroughly inspected my house and found that I did not have an issue. Anyone else would have taken me for a ride for sure.
