BRIAN'S SUPERMAN!!! The whole experience from the initial bid, scheduling the appointment, and the professionalism shown on the job was outstanding! Permits were pulled, and inspections from the city are scheduled for this Friday. I just can't say enough good about Brian. We arrived home to see water on our kitchen floor near the dishwasher that had been running. I thought we could have a major problem, such as an ongoing leak. We called Meridian Plumbing and on schedule, Dan arrived. He did a thorough check up on the dishwasher and explained what the remedies would be. Returning from vacation, I discovered a broken water pipe in my crawl space. Further inspection revealed several potential problems with the original poly plumbing. Dan from Meridian Plumbing explained options and recommendations along with a firm bid for correcting all problems. He led the project from beginning to end, replacing all plumbing from the street to the shower heads, as well as a new water heater. He even relocated the whole-house shut-off valve so it is easily accessible. I highly recommend Meridian Plumbing and, especially, this hard-working, knowledgeable plumber. more

My wife and I want to express our sincere gratitude to Dan and Zack of meridian Plumbing for a most professional job. We needed to relocate a hard to reach main water shut off valve from the crawl space of our home to a convenient place on the first floor. We also decided to install a new shower valve cartridge that was leaking. We called Sarah at the office and she explained the process they go through from the upfront cost free estimate to the job scheduling and completion. She informed us that she would try to get someone to visit the same day. Less than an hour later Christine called to let us know that the guys were on the way. They arrived at our house about an hour and a half after the initial call. Dan and Zack impressed us with their neat appearance, professional attitudes and friendliness. They both put us at ease while assessing the work. Dan explained what they could do and gave us options and an immediate estimate of the time and cost We were amazed at the fair price because we knew the hard work that was involved. We were further impressed when we found out they could do the work on the spot! We watched as they covered our floors with cloth sheets to protect the carpets and they went to work immediately, The placement of the new valve was installed within the wall and completely covered with a nice removable cover,. The shower valve was installed fast and without a hitch. Dan was very informative of the condition of our plumbing and made suggestions of items that we may consider to improve our water system in the future.He even performed a free water test to determine our water safety. Zack explained all the work he performed under the house and even took pictures to show us the super job he did with the connections and piping. Dan and Zack make a great team and work great together. We want to express our thanks and appreciation. Joe was the man! He came to our house to look at the leak in our 2 year old tankless hot water heater. Sure enough it needed replaced as the company had gone out of business and no parts were available. Two days later he installed a new tankless hot water heater. He made the adjustments necessary for the new install and was clean and tidy. We were very pleased with his honesty and the work he did for us. more

He came out that day to inspect our leaking water heater, and after confirming that it could not be repaired, provided a firm price for a new water heater.
