Honest and knowledgeable 1/21/2017

Dan came out on a Saturday afternoon to fix my leaking softener. He was incredibly nice and suggested all the options to fix the issue. He was upfront and helpful and taught me a lot about my softener system while repairing it. And he didn't gouge me with an inflated service fee, he was totally reasonable. When it's time to replace it, I will definitely call Meridian Plumbing first. In the meantime, I feel better knowing I have an honest plumber I can call on when I need one. Thank you so much! more

Valve replacement and Drain repair 1/17/2017

Zak was very professional in manner, skill, and reliablity. 1/12/2017

Zak gave me my options for the broken DW and quoted a fixed charge for installing a new unit. When I purchased it, he arrived promptly and the dishwasher was operational in under 2 hours. more

Our new home had many plumbing issues, Brian knew how frustrating our experience had been since we moved in and he fixed everything he could plus a little more. He's smart, fast and took pride in his work, he made sure we were comfortable & familiar with everything he fixed before he left and made sure we knew to call him back if anything went wrong. Sterling Soft Water System 12/6/2016

Dan installed a Sterling Soft Water system on December 2nd. When I met with him the preceding week to get a bid and analyze my existing leaking system he was very professional, polite and took his time to explain the system. He also repaired a leaking basket strainer on my kitchen sink. I also asked Chris, the office manager, some questions regarding the system warranty. He was also very professional, getting back to me in a timely fashion. These folks at Merdian Plumbing are very good technicians of their trade and customer service oriented. The would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. more

Outstanding! 10/28/2016

New house, had some plumbing issues. Called Meridian Plumbing and they sent Zak out, showed up on time, very professional, great people skills and very knowledgeable at what he does. We were so satisfied we had Meridian Plumbing come back out the following week to install a gas line for our kitchen remodel. Again, Zak showed up and got the job done just like before. Highly recommended. Outstanding job you guys at Meridian Plumbing. Zak represents your business well. more

Bath faucet installation 10/25/2016

I felt that Joe was very professional, knowledgeable and did a good job. The $264.00 fee was outlandish - for a $50.00 part! After all your firm installed a water closet for me for $100.00 not to long ago. I've dealt with your firm off and on (even recommended) for the last eleven years and feel that I should have had better treatment - dollar & cents wise. more

Emergency call for a leaky hot water heater 8/25/2016

My husband found a leak in our mechanical room from the hot water heater. He had to turn the water off as water was leaking everywhere. It was late evening and I had just had surgery that morning. We needed water! My husband called three plumbing companies, including our original plumbers, and only one company returned his call. Meridian Plumbing. Zac agreed to fix the issue even though it was now after 8pm. He did the work in a professional and timely manner. We are very impressed with Meridian Plumbing, with a special shout out to Zac! You really did a very good thing and it did not go unappreciated! more
