Great 8/10/2012

Francisco arrive at the exact time the appointment was made. He put on his booties and looked at the towlet for the possible problems. Within 5 minutes he was back to his truck to get his supplies and 45 minutes later he was finished. The bill was considerable less than I thought it was going to. WHAT SERVICE. more

Replace water heater! 8/3/2012

We discovered that our water heater was leaking. The floor was soaked, we couldn't understand why the drain pan didn't catch the leak. We called Meridian Plumbing in that morning about 11:00 they said they would have a plumber at our place between 1:00 and 3:00... He was....ON TIME... we are impressed already. He quickly diagnosed the problem gave us an estimate for the repairs. About 4 hours later after fixing mistakes by the original plumbing contractor and crawing around our "CRAWL" space we had a new hot water heater that worked, was properly installed with drains as required by code. Wow... Then he gave us the bill... spot on to what the estimate was... WOW... WOW... WOW.. Bob, Cisco and Merdian plumbing have our vote as the place to go for any plumbing needs... more

Hose bib 5/22/2012

The outside faucet was dripping on a Sunday afternoon. I called the first thing Monday morning and they sent a plumber out. The faucet had to be replaced as it was 21 years old. This involved getting under the house. The plumber was fast and efficient. Since he had to go under the house from inside the plumber was careful and did not leave a mess. more

Super satisfied 5/17/2012

Had a water line develop a leak which soaked a large area of our basement carpet. Had to shut off the water to the house so we had no toilets or showers. Called Meridian Plumbing and Francisco was here within 1` 1/2 hours, as soon as he finished another job. He had us repaired and back in service within two hours. Great service and a professional job. Thanks. more

So grateful... 3/27/2012

I called just before 8:00 on Monday morning very stressed about a water leak I discovered while my husband is out of the country. Within 45 minutes Bob arrived. He was able to detect where the water leak was coming from, cut a perfect access hole exactly where the leak was, and fixed it quickly. He did great work, was very professional, and I appreciate the speedy arrival to my emergency. more

Disposal Not Working/Now Working! 3/19/2012

Bob plucked a penny out of the disposal for us. How it got there I'll never know. But Bob also gave us advice about replacement disposals and answered questions we had about our water heater expansion tank. more

Very pleased with Francisco and Meridian Plumbing 2/15/2012

Your receptionist was courteous and got me an appointment right away that fit my ridiculous schedule. Francisco was early and got right to work. He listened to what I needed, told me what to expect price-wise, and went right to work. He did a great job. Before he left I had him look at my "noisey" other toilet. He showed me the problem, made several recommendations, and then stayed until he got my toilet completely replaced and installed. He was late for his family's dinner because of me, but he still went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I HIGHLY recommend Francisco and Meridian Plumbing. Top of the line in customer service as far as I'm concerned. more
