Your receptionist was courteous and got me an appointment right away that fit my ridiculous schedule. Francisco was early and got right to work. He listened to what I needed, told me what to expect price-wise, and went right to work. He did a great job. Before he left I had him look at my "noisey" other toilet. He showed me the problem, made several recommendations, and then stayed until he got my toilet completely replaced and installed. He was late for his family's dinner because of me, but he still went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I HIGHLY recommend Francisco and Meridian Plumbing. Top of the line in customer service as far as I'm concerned.
