Nice and Easy 4/21/2011

I drove down from LA due to the amount of inventory and volume sold at Mercedes of S Bay. Hayes was extremely and a pleasure to deal with. Buying a car is always a taxing process, but Hayes was never pushy & continued to work with me and my needs. I would definitely look to by my next car at MSB . more

Because I was ready to buy and searched internet for what I wanted, and Mercedes Benz South Bay had it in stock, is why I purchased from them. The great sales team was just a bonus. They did a great job helping me with the final purchase and financing of it. more

Excellent experience. Knowledgeable salesman (Sung p) who made the experience painless, and easy. We previously bought a CLS 6.3, which is why we returned to buy the ML 350. more

Nice Dealer 3/16/2011

The physical appearance of the dealership was the primary reason for my initial stop. After meeting the general manager I was assisted by Allam an extremely knowledgeable and conversant sales representative. Following a test drive and a somewhat extensive pricing discussion we arrived at what I felt to be a fair market value for the auto being purchased. I would recommend South-bay Benz to everyone. more

The treatment we received from Petros M was a moment to remember and will be cherished for a long time. The patience and salesmanship was very satisfying. We purchased a E350 2008. My used new car in a long time. We will return and refer this dealer to any and all friends. It was a pleasure doing business with Larry the sales manager. He left a warm feeling. Client service is excellent. We were happy BMW owners and switched to Mercedes Benz because of all the great options and all the offer and specials on pricing, and of course because of the perks a Mercedes Benz has. more

Hays is great 2/23/2011

I came here because of a referral from Charlie Franks. He referred me to Hays, who might I add has been awesome. He followed up with me, not pressuring me at all. He was always available to take my calls and e-mails. He worked very hard to find the car of my dreams and if not for him I would not have gotten my new car. HE IS AWESOME. more

Autotrader found my car and sent me to a great place 2/15/2011

We had been looking for a CLK and had a few special options we would be looking for. We found this CLK at South Bay Mercedes-Benz using Autotrader. We spoke to David Guerra on the phone and knowing it was a distance from out house which is San Diego, we felt comfortable with David from the start. No pressure and very professional honest too. We will be back for sure. more

Lease from Tom S 1/24/2011

As the end of my lease came to term, it was time to find another car. I looked at other models and brands but what brought me back to this Mercedes Benz dealer was not just the great car performance but the customer service I received throughout my lease from Tom Sinanian and the finance personnel. This process in returning a car and getting a new once is personal to me. Tom helped my new chapter with Mercedes Benz continue to be another exciting worthwhile experience. Promptly returned my calls and emails, running around the lot and making sure I was happy was Tom’s goal. He made my experience happy. Thanks to Hayes at Mercedes Benz of South Bay 1/19/2011

Searching online for the perfect vehicle for me and my family. I searched for 2 weeks, and a friend of mine had briefly told me that she went to Mercedes Benz of South Bay and purchased a vehicle same day. She worked with Hayes, and said he was very accommodating. I searched on Google for them, found them went to their website and called the 866 number provided. Hayes answered, the man a friend referred me to. She was right, he is very pleasant to speak to he had a great voice over the phone not too much. He was polite, and answered all of my questions without even a fuss. Pretty nice, considering I had went through 2 other dealers over the phone they were rude, and short but not at Mercedes Benz of South Bay. Hayes set me up and appointment and made sure that the car was still there. Sure enough on Saturday I came in and all went well I am now a proud owner of a new Mercedes SUV. Thanks to Hayes at Mercedes Benz of South Bay. more

Hayes does a great job 1/7/2011

When I leased my 1st Mercedes, the service was wonderful. The service this time was even better. Hayes is the best sales person ever and I would him a raise immediately. He is such a customer advocate. If you’re going to Mercedes Benz of South Bay go see Hayes. You will be extremely happy when you leave. He knows what he is doing and only whats to make it the best. He knows how to make you feel as if its no big deal, and its do-able. I like that.\r more

At Mercedes Benz of South Bay I can always depend on them, they are always so friendly willing to answer any questions I have and always and an honest answer whether I like it or not. I have came in a few times confused about a light on or a function everytime they make me feel as if its all important to them. Thanks so much to Everyone I have came across at SB Mercedes Benz. I always feel satisfied when I leave. I recently reffered a friend to them and she felt the same way I did. Merry Christmas to myself! 12/24/2010

I Love my new Mercedes Benz. I never thought I would be driving one. I was wrong Mr. D helped me out with the entire thing. He was so helpful and understanding. I thought it was a very easy purchase.
