Hajar has been curing my computer ills for many years. He has solved every problem, upgraded my operating systems and has done so effectively and efficiently. Every computer I have used for the last ten years, has been provided by Media Tech. He usually accomplishes the task while I wait or the most in a day or so. I have a great relationship with the staff and I have never had a problem with sub par service or parts. more

Hajar and his crew always take care of my computer needs promptly and it's done right the first time. The computer I had built here years ago is still running strong and they have serviced other machines for myself and friends. It's always painless and professional dealing with these great people. The prices are amazing and unlike my experiences with some other shops around town, I've never had to bring anything back for incorrect repairs. They are a godsend and I'd recommend them to anyone! I have taken 2 laptops and a desktop to these guys for repairs and upgrading. Hajar is the person I usually deal with. I have had nothing but good communication and service from them. I use to go to a shop in Franklin and not only were they more expensive, but they never remembered me, and I had nothing but problems with their work and the parts they installed. This shop seems to be honesty and offer good service for a reasonable price. Pros: They seem to really care about getting it right Cons: None more

Otherwise subpar knowledge concerning computers, if these guys were about taking care of their customers they would use better than bargan basement parts. Good luck with that Zonet router, or cheap chinese cherry motherboard. Do your homework on the parts a technician uses as opposed to their underlying sales tactics. A 7 out of 10 failure rate is not acceptable. The memory is cheap unprogrammed rushed to market trash. Lookup ""SPD Memory"" and educate yourselves. Pros: Seemingly knowledgable, great front. Cons: Zonet = Nonet. Good luck getting a replacement. more

Went to these guys because of the good reviews on here and the proximity to my house ~ glad I did. They are layed back, friendly and know computers. My issue (an un-bootable desktop computer) was fixed while I waited with no loss of files or programs ~ (and I won't even tell you what they charged) Couldn't be happier. I took my problematic-from-birth pc laptop to Media Tech, unable to access the hardrive and very desperate. I chose them based on CitySearch reviews and the fact that they immediately answered the phone and told me to come right on over....as opposed to returning my call three days later and promising to get to it in another week. They not only salvaged my data, they reinstalled my operating system and the thing finally works like it's supposed to - for the first time ever (even after I'd taken it to other repair shops for help in the past). Labor was less than quotes from 2 competitors and they had it ready in 24 hours. Did I mention how incredibly pleasant they were to deal with ? I actually enjoyed the whole experience and was more than happy to pay them. Make sure you stop by the bakery next door for fresh bread. Pros: it's all good more

A young Kurdish man arrives in the US penniless, learns our Language, becomes a skilled technician, opens a first class Computer Store and the rest is history. Media Tech is by far one of the best all around computer shops in MIddle Tennessee. After nearly four years of consistent dealings with Hajar Osman and Mehdi Misto, I can honestly say that I have been 100% satisfied with every job they have completed for me, my family and my friends. They are thorough, hard working, courteous, fair, competitive, prompt, informative and fun to know.
