Perfected Customer Service 5/28/2011

Let me tell you a story! My friend wanted a car, but had no time to 'car shop' & she had asked another 'dealership' in town to help her out; [they will remain nameless & without a sold unit] they told her it might be a month or so till they found what she needed. Well, I couldn't have that ;), I wanted her to KNOW & FEEL the McCluskey Touch of excellence :). She sent me car yr, price, color, mileage & what she wanted to spend, then I sent to Keith McCluskey, he gave the info to Dan Hoffman [I highly recommend him!] This whole search for the car & delivery of said car, took 3 days from thought to buy on Weds 5/25 to a 5/28 delivery of car. Needless too say, she is extremely happy with the excellent customer service provided to her by McCluskey Chevrolet staff! Want the same experience, go see Dan Hoffman at McCluskey Chevrolet!!! more
