I cannot express how perfect my experience with you was. Nothing will ever compare to that amazing moment, when I appear at the back of the church, and Jeff sees me for the first time in my dress. Alas, it is settling down. I could think of nothing else but to write you and extend our gratitude I hired many different people for the wedding but you of all stood out. I will recommend you to all for all occasions. Nikki, looked beautiful. I have to say coming to your shop in Springfield was the best. I understand now what my daughter explained in the past. Many people simply don’t understand how to make people welcome and provide service. Most of all you are the same with larger women and you are with a size one. I could not have done it without your help. When I told you what I liked and didn’t like you went right to pulling a bunch of gowns, and made my decision so easy! I think I only tried on 3 dresses, and as you said my “face lit up”. And my bridesmaids’ dresses look amazing!! Any chance I get I recommend people to McDaniel’s to see you and the girls. We will never forget the day we came into McDaniel Bridal and you greeted us and helped Amanda find the perfect wedding dress. Her daddy and I have dreamed of this time of her life for many years. You made choosing the dress so very special. We have pictures and look at them often and remember how very attentively you took the time to listen and assist and help Amanda choose. I recently have purchased 2 dresses from McDaniel Bridal and Formal. I honestly have had nothing but complete and total respect from the staff members there.I'm a plus sized lady and they make you feel comfortable and amazing in your own skin...no matter what size you are. The consultants were very helpful always giving me something new to try on, sometimes it would be dresses I would never pick out myself. I went there for my prom dress and wedding dress. I even purchased all my accessories from this store; both times. Another good thing is McDaniel's pricing on their items are all VERY reasonable. It was a few of the best shopping experiences of my life...(considering I normally HATE shopping; this made me and my mother very happy.) Even though the store is under reconstructing from a previous awful manager..do not let this stop you from coming in! I would recommend this store to ANYONE! You will be in great hands with anyone you work with!!? more
