Steer clear of this place 5/19/2011

Service Department is a joke. If you have a reason to punish yourself, go here and spend the next several days taking your car back until they get it right. They start putting parts on while billing you until they get lucky and it's fixed. In the meantime, you'll spend hours, even days of your life driving back there when you realize it's not fixed. I can only hope my truck wasn't messed up while they stood around scratching their heads trying to figure out why installing the wrong brake pads was burning up my brake system and wearing on my transmission. Thanks for selling me calipers (rebuilt) that I didn't need. more

Ford Auto Dealership, and Repair 8/18/2005

This dealership is the South Austin Ford dealership in Austin, TX. I purchased my truck here with an extended warranty, which I highly recommend. This salesman was knowledgeable, co-operative and not pushy. They have a vast selection of trucks, SUV's, and small to medium automobiles. Of course, they take trade-ins against purchases. The repair shop does Ford Warranty work, and has an Enterprise Car Rental location on site. more
