The service advisers did a great job explaining what needed to be done to my vehicle, and what could wait till after the busy holiday season.

Worst

Engine check light was on when I brought car in and they did not say anything about it during their overall check of car.

Found my new favorite automotive service center! 4/29/2014

I am new to the F/M area and a college student, so I was apprehensive to take my car in…but these guys made sure to clearly communicate with me, were friendly, and really made this an easy experience! I definitely know where to take my car in from now on! more

Exceptional customer service! 4/4/2014

I generally am so apprehensive and feel so vulnerable when I have to take my car in for repairs but all of the staff at Matts were so friendly and they explained everything so well it made a usually stressful situation much less so. In addition, their prices were reasonable and their repair work was excellent and prompt. I will go there for any future repairs. more
