The service advisers did a great job explaining what needed to be done to my vehicle, and what could wait till after the busy holiday season.

Worst

Engine check light was on when I brought car in and they did not say anything about it during their overall check of car.

Unexpected and Appreciated 3/19/2015

This place is amazing. Clean and friendly up front. Great coffee. I was introduced to the technician who was going to be looking at my car. Matt talked me out of a more expensive service that I was asking about as he said it was unnecessary for my vehicle. In the end the service was done on time and I had a great overview of what needed to be done on my vehicle over the coming months. No pressure and no "if you do it today" deals. I will definitely be a repeat customer. more

The guys at the shop really know what they are doing.. They explained exactly what was needed & why in plan easy terms. Never pressured me to anything, just the facts & if i wanted to move forward.. The work was done quick & everything is working well now... Best place in town to get the best fair price on car or truck repair. more

I have had my days with nightmare mechanics, but Matts auto service center is absolutely AWESOME!!!! I will definitely be a returning customer and recommend to anyone that needs a mechanic. I like that they told me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and the exact price. Matts auto service center technicians will DEFINITELY take care of you. I am 100% SATISFIED. Great Customer Service 3/5/2015

Slow leaks fixed right! 2/22/2015

Bought tires at a dealer and had issues with slow leaks ever since even after taking it back twice. Finally took to Matts to get there take as I was tired of filling them up every 2 - 3 weeks. They fixed the fastest leak a few months ago and took it back for 2 other tires that has a slower leak. So far I haven't had to re-fill them. Granted this was just a minor annoyance type issue, but after losing faith in dealership to solve it Matt's team listened and took care of it right. Had other positive experiences on more complex work on our diesel truck too in the past. If you want it done right take it to Matts! more

Accomedating and reasonable 2/19/2015

Battery was old and dead and I had to use my vehicle for work that day. Jayme got me in and had the battery replaced in less than an hour. Very polite and helpful. more

honestly 1/23/2015

We brought our car in because all tires are loosing air. Rather then take them off the rims and possibly scratch the speciality rims they informed us that the rims themselves are causing the issue. It only cost $21 for the inspection. We appreciated the honestly rather then just doing what we recommended which would not have solved the problem and cost use over $100. more

Efficient, friendly & quality service 1/17/2015

Another great service at Matt's. I had an oil change and tire rotation, and with my coupon, it came to $26! I enjoyed coffee and wifi while waiting for my car, which only took 30 minutes. more
