Phew! I thought I accidentally gave you a thumbs down. That would have been bad. Anyway, I wanted to say thanks for the tenant improvement you did on our restaurant in Denver. After the last big hail storm we suffered some major damage and leaks and you guys repaired them in no time and with minimal disruption to our guests. Thanks! more

Matrix Land Development helped me win my insurance claim that I had been battling for 2 months. It was coming up on the statute of limitations and my insurance only offered $4,000 for my roof repair. Matrix came out and found unnoticeable damage that the previous Adjuster didn't see and my claim was raised from $4k to $12.5k.\r \r Once that happened the Insurance company took notice and it was decided in my favor.\r \r Thank you guys so much. Now I have the peace of mind and security that comes from knowing there's no leaks above my head. HAHA more

Thanks for the email guys. Yes, basically I had a rock hit my window at my office and it wasn't thrown it was blown by the wind. I called you guys to get a free quote and to my surprise discovered that it was natural damage which could be filed as a claim through my insurance.\r \r I was skeptical that my rates would go up and that I'd be kicked off my insurance but you assured me it wouldn't.\r \r You were right AND they paid for half of the cost to have new windows replaced on our building.\r \r Big thanks to Matrix Land Development! more

Hey there, just got your email. I'd love to write a quick review for you. \r \r If you recall last November when I had your guys come out to my commercial building in Castle Rock, I was stressed out because our HVAC units weren't working and it was cold and our guests were leaving early.\r \r As a restaurant owner we prefer our clients and patrons to relax and stay and treat our establishment like a hang out rather than an eatery and when you have people leaving because the heater doesn't work, that's a big issue.\r \r Your guy Tom was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and able to provide me with a full estimate to repair the damaged HVAC units.\r \r Your crew was very diligent in their efforts and really made no mistakes when replacing our units and then they went above and beyond to train me and my staff on proper usage of the HVAC controls and recommended settings.\r \r Thanks again for everything! more

Although at times I can be long-winded, I wanted to write you a quick note of my satisfaction with what you did on my home.\r \r I know you guys mostly do commercial projects but I wanted to follow up on what you did for my wife and I.\r \r When the last contractor told us that he couldn't find any damage from the hail storm, we was devastated.\r \r All of our neighbors were getting new roofs but we weren't because no damage could be found.\r \r Your project manager knew exactly what to look for. He found damage that other contractors couldn't see and he helped me file the claim with my insurance.\r \r Your company held our hands through every step of the claims process and when we won the claim, my wife and I celebrated with an evening all to ourselves...no kids.\r \r Long story short, you guys are the real deal and I love the new roof, makes my house look newer than anyone else on the block. more

Thank you guys for all your help with my claim. I know my house is quite ridiculous in terms of how much damage there was and my insurance was very stubborn but you guys hung in there and I was elated when you told me they bought the roof. :) more
