Pls be aware of rip off attorneys he is one of them we went to him because of desi so will be little helpful and nominal he made us to sign for $2500 retainer to continue the motion for temporary orders in divorce case and told us I might do it on the phone and your $2500 will be forwarded but he could not do that and had to go to court for that and $2500 he used for 1 date just to get continue of the motion simple thing and started sending asking me to deposit $2500 again I was so stress and thought a lot what to do he sounds ripped of person even calling to front dest checking any email sending any email he was charging a lot I was even afraid to check his emails anyway after thinking a lot I decided not to have him as I was not a rich person it was very very hard to afford him and it was just a divorce case according to the agreement and even told us that whenever money will be low in deposit amount we have to pay to continue the work then I did not pay as he already finished our $2500 for one date then one day I went to his office to tell them sorry we do not want you any more and people in their office they said fine I luckily asked the girl can you please email me that we discontinue you she said ok and I have even that mail I thought ok everything is fine I done my part very well then my mom got hospitalized because of heart attack was on vent and hospitalized for 2 weeks I got so busy when she got discharged I also came home because I was with her got some papers saying he is filing some law suit sent me $3000 bill for nothing he just went to one date we discontinued month before used our money how come he can work without our knowledge without we paid him no emails no phone calls without our knowledge making the bills they were emailing me calling me while we did not get his services after 1 date and paid $2500 for that I was so upset for that now finally after couple of months looks like he does not have much clients so likes to make money like this only and do not go on his personality and office less personality and not very big office people can charge you 10 times lesser will give you very good services and they themselves will be calling you will not charge for every mail and call that.My bill became $6000 and sent to collection for nothing now you guys can imagine what I am talking abt for one simple date $8500.So this is request from bottom of my heart think twice to go to him.God bless you all.. more

The drastic turn around from being placed in deportation proceeding to getting everything terminated and taken care of could only be achieved because of the knowledge, persistence and hard work of Mr. Mathur. \r \r I came to Mathur Law Offices after I was placed in removal proceeding when DHS placed supervision orders on me. After coming to US I became a Conditional Resident but never filed for removal of conditions and moved to Texas from another state believing immigration was aware of this.
