Masters Construction Services did everything fine. There were no problems at all, and they did a great job. The owner was out here to followup every 2 to 3 hours and he was very helpful and did a great job. He was here early in the morning with the guys, then in the evening when they were cleaning up to go home. It took two days and they did a real good job. The roof looks tremendous! more

My experience with Masters Construction Services was excellent! They are a great company to work with. Originally, they were referred to me by a friend who had had some work done by them, which I really liked. I got three bids from roofing companies. Two of the bids came from large corporate roofing companies. Masters Construction was the only company willing to sit down with me and go over the estimates with a pencil in hand and explain everything in detail to me as to what was going to go one, when, how and why. The work started on a Thursday and was finished on Friday. Two days to do a complete re-roof! That all included the tearing off the old and putting down the new! Life is good! Chuck was onsite both days and really was there to make sure that everything went smoothly and was happening as it should. He stayed on top of everything the entire two days. We were very pleased with Masters Construction Services. They did a great job installing our new roof. Before we hired them, we spent about a month soliciting bids from different roofers and making our decision. In the end, we were most pleased with Masters' price and presentation. Our previous roof was twenty-three years old, so it was time to have it replaced. We initially dealt with Chuck and Jim, and they were very personable. They answered all of our questions, and were very informative. When the installers arrived, they put in long days and worked hard to get the job done quickly. They cleaned up after themselves well, and now we have a great looking roof. With Masters, what they say is what you get. There are no hidden costs or fees, just great service. We have recommended the to two or three other people, one of whom has already had their roof done. more

For my birthday my daughter gave me a new roof! She printed out a list of the top ten companies in our area and we gave them a call. Out of those ten, only three called back. Two of those guys fell through. Masters Construction Services got back to me and continued to stand out throughout the entire process. So it was their past reputation that sold them to me, however it was how professional they were throughout and the great pricing! Chuck is great. He kept his word from the start. I had a leaky roof and they did an entire re-roof for me. They even sent a guy out to do a follow-up and final walk through. He got up on the roof and did some final detailing for me. I would highly recommend their services to anybody! more

Being a general contractor myself I was happy with the complete installation of my new roof, there was some job site clean up that could have been done on a daily basis that would have made my review better but overall a nice job. more

Chuck was very detailed in his presentation of roofing material used, cost estimate, and invoice. He took the time to explain the products and services the company will provide and to examine the roof as to problem area that needed correction. His bid was very competitive. The workers did the job on time and did a good job on clean up afterwards. more

My roof recently started leaking so I called Masters Construction to come in. They were able to patch it up to last through the holidays. Then they were able to come and do a complete re-roofing job. Now my roof is peaked, and not flat, I would never recommend getting a flat roof. If anything, I felt they could try to keep in better touch with their customers. I thought they provided solid service, were very personable and did good work. I'll use them again and recommend their services too. more

I have 3 flat roof areas on my house, and Masters Construction Services installed the TPO product on all those areas. They did an excellent job. We wintered over with two of the flat roof areas they did, they were completed in fall, and we decided to wait until spring for the third area. They just finished that job two weeks ago. It was all done very well. We have two different thicknesses of the TPO. The first two areas were of normal thickness, but we did a slightly thicker product on the third area. That area is also used as a deck. Masters Construction was very thorough. more
