Masters Roofing re-roofed my house. They did an outstanding job in that they took the time to explain the materials I could select from. They made sure I had the opportunity to review the materials I wanted. They certainly exceeded my expectation in terms of quality, courteous installers, and timeliness. more

Masters Roofing did a roof replacement for me. It worked out great! It looks beautiful, I received a wonderful price, the workmanship was excellent, and the job was completed in a timely manner. It was exactly what I wanted. I got hold of Chuck a couple of weeks ago and he will be doing the siding on my house. I would definitely recommend them for roofing, and really, any work that needs to be done around the house. They have great workmanship. more

Apparently we had a leak on our roof that caused a bathroom ceiling to collapse. My mother and I heard the loud noise and when we came into her bathroom, we saw that the roof had just collapsed into the bathroom and some pieces had even gone into her room. When we looked in the phonebook, Masters Roofing was the only 24/7 roofing service we could find in the area, so we gave them a call. We decided to only have the roof patched because we wanted to take care of the inside of the bathroom, which had been damaged. The patching was a job that was supposed to take no more than a few weeks, but the project was dragged out for a month. The length of the project was pretty upsetting for my mother, because it is her bathroom. This is the first time I've worked with a contractor. They handled the plumber, painter, and just all of the other people involved in the project. Perhaps coordinating the different people to have them come out may have been one of the reasons for why they took so long. Also, when people came, they were not here for very long. If they came one they, they were probably here for two hours and then it would be days before someone else came to continue the work. I know that at one point, it was necessary to skip a few days in order to let the sheetrock dry. The length of time was not what I was expecting and neither was the price. The cost was about $2000 more than the insurance estimated it should have cost. By the time they were done with the work, the bathroom looked more remodeled than repaired. Everything they did was done well and it was top-notch, there's no question about that. Like I said, I have never worked with contractors and maybe this is the way it goes. more

Chuck came out and looked at the roof. He gave me an estimate with a couple of options. He was polite and friendly and thorough in his estimates. When the work started he followed up with me, when they were done he made sure everything was done ok. more

Over all I do suggest Master roofing. more

Chuck of Masters Roofing is a very personable guy. When you schedule him he shows up on time, communication with him is good too. He did a good job on the sheet rock on my home. This was tied for my best experience in hiring someone to work on my home. I am normally not happy with contractors work as I feel like I have to watch them to beg them to do a decent job. Masters answered all of our questions and had a very transparent quote. they even took me around the neighborhood to look at different jobs and products. Once they were at the house, they had a slow start but got the large job done within a few days. they always answered the phone, or returned calls when I had questions or concerns as opposed to disapearing the second the contract is signed. Everything with Masters Roofing went much better than I ever anticipated from beginning to end. When I called and asked for a quote, Chuck was very quick to respond and get me a bid in a timely manner. His crew were able to come when I needed them. They were all very friendly and polite and worked impressively hard finishing the job earlier than I thought although it was exactly as was quoted to me. I was also very reassured that the roofers used safety equipment as our roof is very steep and high. I would definitely use Masters Roofing again although I hope I never have to! more

I was very happy working with Masters Roofing. I just went there, and I was happy with the way they wanted to make sure things were done real good. They finished their work faster than I thought they would, so I was very happy with that. Overall, everything just went real well. The one thing that didn't really go well wasn't even Chuck's fault. The day they were supposed to come, they told me to be ready at 8:30, but nobody showed up and I was just sitting there waiting. Chuck got a hold of the tech, and apparently his pipes had frozen, but I didn't get a a phone call. But that's really the only thing, and it has nothing to do with the quality of their service. more

It all went well. We were not sure what we were getting into because of existing damage underneath our old roof. Masters Roofing looked into it and revised the estimate as they went along and found new issues. They were very clear about what they were doing and what needed to be done as they went along. They worked with us on everything. They were very fair and did a good job. He even came out at 5am during a big storm to move tarps on our roof. more

The folks at Masters Roofing were very friendly and provides an excellent service. They performed the work on time and on schedule with a clean job site. I wasn't happy about the gutter work when it was installed because of the odd design of the rafter tails. Masters reworked the gutters to satisfy my needs without hesitation in a timely manner. All my neighbors love the new roof and I have Masters to thank for it. more

The owner,Chuck, represented his company beautifully. This was my first experience alone making a major decision. No pressure was applied at anytime..just options presented and the decision was mine. Masters Roofing was very good. Chuck was very nice, and the people he had working for him were very nice too. There was one problem, but it wasn't anything too serious, it just got a little messy around my very extensive garden. The guys came and made sure to clean up and pick up everything though, so I was quite pleased with them. They were in and out in two days, and they did a good job. more

Masters Construction Services had really good service. They did a good job, they were in and out in no time, and they cleaned up pretty good too. The sign is still on the side of the house here, but it's not bothering us or anything. There was one thing I had asked them about, which was changing the plywood on a certain section above the deck were we did the roof some years ago. We had used longer nails than we should have, so we asked them to take the sheets of plywood out and put new ones in, and they did that, but they must have used the same type of nails that we did because the same thing happened. We repainted everything to cover it all up, so it looks fine, and that was all really. more
