Great place 5/26/2011

These guys are great, best deal in town! The dealership recommended them because the factory parts were too expensive on my Dodge pickup. I eneded up saving about 300 bucks and they got my pick up fixed the same day. Their waiting room was great, clean and comfortable, they even have nice couches. Not at all like some of the places I have been to where you end up sitting on a hard chair and wishing you could be anywhere else. Thanks guys I will be back. more

Surprisingly AWFUL! 5/13/2011

I was quite impressed after talking to these guys on the phone, they seemed sharp. I took my car down for a diagnosis, and was told it would cost $40 per half hour. I get a call 35 min later that they have figured it out, and then am charged $90 for the diagnosis? Radiator, hoses, fluid... I spent about $600 total. Two weeks later I'm having the same problems. Take it back and discover that the mechanic had overlooked the cracked gasket on the radiator they had just replaced. Their fault, no charge, great, although it seemed to be driving funny. A couple of weeks later, leaking fluid again and fluctuations with the heat. My husband checks it out and finds that the power steering belt had not been tightened back up and all 3 hoses were loose. A couple of weeks later, still leaking fluid... So he took it in AGAIN and we were told that the mechanic who had first worked on our car is no longer with them because he was doing half-assed jobs on cars to get them through quickly. They had my car for a few hours and I guess did a bunch of tests and were on the phone with the manufacturer forever and yada yada. Come to find out it is what that mechanic refers to as a design flaw with older Nissan's. I understand that ""diagnosing"" can be a process of elimination but I would think they would notice the wrong fluid being pushed back through the engine, and then a belt, a gasket and some hoses. Not to mention the admission of the ""slacker"" mechanic. Now what I need will cost me three to six thousand dollars to fix, which is more than the value of my car. Had my car been diagnosed properly I would not have put $600 into it to be able to drive it for a few more months. AND the guy has the nerve to say that if we buy a used car to bring it to them for a look over for $60 before we pay for it! Then when we picked up the car, my husband went in for the key. The owner didn't even come out to talk to him and as my husband was leaving he walked past the owner and said, ""Have a nice day"", to which my husband was ignored. So much for that customer service. It is ALL just bad! I do not enjoy leaving bad reviews but this one IS deserved! more

Honest Company 1/26/2010

I am the type of person that has no idea what a car needs other than gas and a steering wheel. I took my car in cause of my check engine light ,and they made me feel so comfortable. Pros: Honest and they go out of their way to take care of you Cons: Out of the way from Draper, but worth the drive. more

Quality service 11/28/2009

On a holiday weekend they were open and able to replace my alternator. The owners and employees were knowledgeable and able to take care of my car. They answered my questions and were very knowlegable. This is the second time I have come here. Each time they have been good to work with and were reasonably priced. I would highly reccomend this shop to any one. Pros: Excellent shop, very accomodating. Cons: Dont have any more

Best shop in town 10/7/2009

I brought my car in for the check engine light and my car was running rough. They were able to get me in right away to get it fixed. I received a call about an hour later and the technician told me that a vacuum line had come off and it just needed to be reconnected. They waived the diagnostic charge and the owner himself offered to deliver the car to me after hours because I couldn't get a ride back and i really needed the car for the next morning. There was no charge so I thought the least I could do would be to wright a review. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT. I would recommend my friends and family to them and I will always bring my car there. Pros: Honest, quality work at the best price Cons: I wish they were closer to my house more
