Best chocolate cake in L.A. 8/29/2003

The best chocolate cake I have ever eaten. This cake is as dark as black ink. Smooth and well balanced. Perfect! But, as for the other baked goods: pass. New Abbott Kinney location 9/27/2002

I love this place. Not only did Massimos open up a quaint cafe and pastry shop on my favorit neighborhood street, They now sell Fresh homemade Gelato. And it is good! This is the perfect place for a strong cup of coffee and a small bite (they serve breakfast and light lunch as well). Just be aware... it can be addicting. more
