After getting my O2 sensors replaced, I pickup my car and immediately feel a sizeable nick in my leather steering wheel. Looking further at it, I see it scratched also. my parents were visiting from texas, and scraped the underside of their cadillac on a couple of bad places in the road along the way. GM was too busy to see the car under warranty. on very short notice during the christmas/new year holiday week, wayne's made time to lift the car in the air, check out the underside, and let my father know that he could drive safely back to texas. AND DIDN'T CHARGE US. more

I have been using Massengill's Auto for 15 years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Wayne has a good crew. He will get you in and out. Sometimes I am concerned about the price, but that is just the way it is. He will let me know if there is anything wrong, and if there isn't anything wrong, he won't fix it. If he is not sure I want something done, he will wait until he can talk to me. He is a good, well-rounded mechanic. more

While traveling out of state (from Florida), I experienced trouble with my truck. A policeman refered me to Massengill's. I called and they arranged for a tow truck to pick us up and be towed in for service. Their mechanics had my problem diagnosed and repaired within 90 minutes. They showed me the bad parts and explained what was the probable cause. My bill was very reasonable especially considering the time and effort put forth to ensure that my family and I felt comfortable as visitors. This auto center has a very comfortable and clean waiting area complete with satellite television. My daughter was even able to connect wirelessly to the internet. These guys are very good at what they do. Prices are fair and they only sell you what you need. Shop is clean and well organized. Nice waiting area with magazines, TV and wireless internet too. They tell you what work you need now and what can wait. The whole shop is an open view where you can see your car. Anytime I want to see my parts they show them to me and tell me what failed or is about to fail. They even give my senior mother a discount. We went there once and will never go back again. Lengthy waiting time even though we made an appointment. The waiting room was messy and old fashioned. Can't see your car while they do their job- very unsecured. Worst of all, they were not telling what's exactly wrong with your car. For example, how much damaged is your part or how much more mileage put to be concerned. They only revealed that some parts need to be changed and quoted roaring prices! I hate to be fooled like this. Cons: You can hardly see what they do with your car more
