This is a really reliable company to use if you ever are in need of someone to change your locks after a ugly break-up. Unfortunately I was that person dealing with my ex-girlfrie...

Very polite workers 3/1/2012

I decided to get new locks after a really messy divorce. The divorce itself had cleaned out my bank accounts pretty good so I couldn't spend a fortune. Luckily for me, these guys gave me an amazing deal. They were also quick and very polite. I was able to come into the store and pick the locks I wanted and a technician later came over to help. I am extremely thankful for their service and for knowing my home is protected. more

A VERY HAPPY!!! 1/18/2012

AHHHHHHHH. That is how I felt from beginning to the end! SERIOUSLY. So my husband I parked somewhere and just started walking around. We ended up at this restaurant (which i will leave a review because it was just horrible place) N-E-WAYS... after my horrible dinner, we walk back to our car. Guess what?! KEYS INSIDE! Ugh, my stress level just went sky rocket high! I was sooooooo mad that we did that and soooo mad we ate at a yucky restaurant. Bleh. Called around and everyone's pricing was so different. This one seemed most reasonable. $29 for the service call. I guess for them just to come.. than $15 up depending on if it's difficult to open. We have an older car nothing fancy. The guy who came to our rescue totally helpd us out. Did NOT charge an outragous price since we just spent money for food we did not like. They didn't even keep us waiting long. So I would recommend them in Sherman Oaks!!!!! more

I needed some locks repaired and when the service tech arrived, he had all the equipment on his truck and was ready to get to work. He was very polite and honest. The bill for service was quite reasonable. I will definitely be calling him back to take care of some other buildings of mine. more
