I had to wait over a month to get in for my repair (which I was told would take 30 minutes) because somehow a foglight is not considered important. Hmm. I had to bring my car in ...

I had an excellent experience. 8/30/2013

I liked the way Marv's Body Shop handled everything. They were straightforward with me. He handled getting the money there and all that before the work was done as well. There were no delays or anything. They got it in there and got it out in time. They did the rear bumper and rear fender and tailgate. It looks good. I had used them thirty years ago probably--before the current owner. They're very efficient and get the job done right and on time, or they did with mine anyway. They were professional and got it done. I have no complaints whatsoever. more

Excellent! 8/23/2013

I had my right passenger vehicle door replaced and repainted. I was sent pictures on my phone throughout every step of the process updating me on what was being done every day. Once it was done I received a phone call right away. The car had been cleaned on the inside and everything looked really good. It was a really professional job and I really appreciated their customer service. more

Very good 8/19/2013

I keep going back to Marv's Body Shop because I have real good luck. I really like their customer service and works well with insurance company. They're just really helpful. Last I used them, I was getting some older spray paint off my vehicle and before that, my wife's backed her vehicle into something and they fixed it and did a good job. Great quick honest service 8/13/2013

I had been to another body shop in another state (NY) who had been commissioned to fix my 2013 model car but who used substitute parts to fix the body...as well as damaged parts that were previously working....Marv's body shop was quick. Assessed the work right on the spot, got the parts in and replaced them efficiently and correctly. They were pleasant and professional. more

I asked to have paint chips fixed on my right fender and it never got done. I am disappointed 8/12/2013

Great! 8/5/2013

The most recent thing I had done at Marv's Body Shop was with some rust damage I had on my car. I plan to drive the car for a long time, so I wanted to get that fixed. They did a good job. I've been with them years, for three cars maybe. They do what they say they're going to do and do it well. Their prices seem to be reasonable. They were recommended by my insurance company even though I had already been going there, which was impressive. They're friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. more

Wasn't pleased with interior of my car after picking it up 8/5/2013

I was told my car would be completed by the afternoon of the second day they had my vehicle. at noon it had been posted that it was being processed for pickup. I called at 4:30 when I got off work and they said it would be another hour. My ride dropped me off and I waited in the waiting area for them to clean my car. I got into my "clean" car only to find the driver's door, carpet and lower dash dirty. Otherwise the service and result of the fix was good. more

My experience with Marv's went very well. I'm very pleased 8/2/2013

Marv's Body Shop repaired some damage that had been done to my car in a friendly, fast manner. They took me to the car rental as well. The service was good. The work seems to have been done very well. So job well done. I hadn't used them before, but I knew they had been around town for a long time and have a good reputation. more

I have used Marv's Body Shop for three different vehicles over the last few years. They are courteous, prompt, and have a friendly attitude. They return your phone calls and also show you online how your car is doing. They're also able to give you a loaner car while you're waiting for your car to be done. They really go the extra mile by doing the outside and inside of your car when they're done. Use them. more

It was wonderful to know that I had very competent people that I could trust my car with. 7/31/2013

I brought my vehicle into Marv's Body Shop because it was run into while it was parked. It was brand new to us--we had only had it for three days--and when I went to pick it up yesterday it looked exact like it looked when I bought it versus how it looked three days later. I was very impressed. My car is silver, which is really hard to match, and it looked awesome. The procedure was seamless and super easy. The advisers they had there were awesome and answered any questions I had. They go through everything in detail. It was a great overall experience. more
