This phone number had been calling me for weeks. I finally answer to a really rude man insisting I was a person named Maryanne, which I am not and something about a file. I told him he had the wrong number and he told me he had the right number. I told him my correct name and insisted he was wrong again he told me I was Maryanne and knew exactly what he was talking about. I told him to put the number into Google and he would see who he was calling. he called me a liar and hung up the phone on me. Really?? I call back he gets on the phone and says not to worry he found me at another number but he knows I am Maryanne and then the trademark hang up. How unprofessional I have no idea what kind of crappy people they have to chase after to talk that way to people but I can pretty much assure you that if i owed them money i would not pay either. They sound like the maffia. If they were smart on their tracking of clients they would of easily put the phone number into google and saw that it was a business phone number registered to my name, not Maryanne. \r more

This collection agency has been great to work with. They have been upfront and honest with our company. Have been succesful collecting on our accounts and truly trustworthy paying us every time they have collected. They always answer the phones,update me on the accounts, very cordial and proffesional. I will refer this company to all who need help with their collections they are always working with clients best interest at mind. Try them they work :) You wont loose !!!!! more

Any firm who delegates these tail-gate hoodlums to collect anything....except maybe dog poop, is really scraping the bottom of the society slime barrel. not only do they discredit themselves with their lack of professionalism, course language and slime-ball tactics, they drag down the good name of any company that they claim to represent. Their record keeping Sucks, and half the time they have no idea what the actual balance or payments made are. \r I even have documents from them containing highly disrespectful comments regarding our American taxpaying citizens.\r I say hog-tie em and put em back in the little boat that they rode up here in and send em back! MR. GROSSMAN IS OBNOXIOUS AND TREATS PEOPLE VERY BADLY WHILE TRYING TO COLLECT. HE INSULTED ME, MY BOSS AND JUST ABOUT ALL MANKIND. HE HAS A FOUL MOUTH AND NO CLASS AT ALL. WE HAVE CONTACTED THE (THIS SITE WONT LET ME PUT PPP ONLY WITH A BOY BOY BOY) AND WILL CONTACT MY ATTORNEY GENERAL NEXT REGARDING HIS NASTY WAY OF COLLECTING MONEY.
