I don't usually write reviews, but I was so pleased with the service I received when I had to take my bosses car in for service, that I felt compelled to do so. My experience was stress-free, fast and helpful, including getting me to and from work on time while the vehicle was being repaired. I would recommend you highly to anyone looking to purchase or service their vehicle. Anthony R. always takes good care of me! I Got my leased car from Martin for the second time and I've never been so comfortable buying a car. Anthony makes it easy and, I walked away with a great deal. I had to special order a sunroof travel kit and they gave me a loaner the day they installed it. My new lease gets Free Oil Changes and Car Washes. more

Good service 6/22/2011

Good service is so hard to come by, I thought these guys deserved thumbs up! I leased my car from Martin 6 months ago (I just want to give Kudos to Tina for getting me a great deal) and I've never been so comfortable buying a car. They made it easy and, well, easy and I walked away with a great deal. There was a minor problem with my tire balancing but that was fixed the next day. What's cool is just because I bought a car there, I get all the Free Oil Changes and Car Washes I want. Since I live around the corner it's the bomb. Thankfully they are open Saturdays or I would never make it there¦lol more

I have been taking my Pontiac Vibe to Martin for years, and love the Service , though the customer lounge is a bit sparse at times. Luckily they offer free wifi at least. The other day I was having a routine oil change and 30,000 mile service and they found I had nails in my front two tires. Thank god they found them or I could have had a blowout or flat just before my trip to Vegas. more

STOLE FROM MY GLOVE BOX!!! Either one of the mechanics or guys that washed my car STOLE CASH and my prescribed medical marijuana (chronic arthritis) from my glove box!!! Total of $75 worth of both. Can you believe that?!? The head service guy tried to buy me off with a $20 bill…F-THAT!!! I told him where he could stick that 20…I guess that’s what they call “customer service”. Not only that…it took 3.5 hours to get a new key cut (with microchip for a total of $202.54!!) AAANNNDDD They broke the lever off my door lock in the process. This is my 2nd GM vehicle and MY LAST!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN AN OIL CHANGE!!!! BUY A HONDA!! Unless you feel like getting your stuff stolen, broken and being totally disrespected in the process. This place is flat out shady. Shame on Martin. The BBB will be hearing from me…that’s a promise more

don't trust them! 11/7/2010

Good: I bought my last car at Martin Automotive and had it serviced there for a decade - I love my car and wanted to purchase another there.. Bad: Tony Ross was my salesman. I found an Escalade with very low miles. After an hour of negotiation - going back and forth to his boss - we struck a deal. I waited with my check (full cash price) in the waiting area for Tony Ross to come back with the papers to sign. He came back with papers alright, stating the car was going to cost $1500 more than the agreed upon price. He informed me the dealership forgot to add in the cost of new tires and fluids they put in the car when they got it from auction. HUH??. Improvements: When a deal is arrived upon between a customer and a salesman with the blessing of the manager - it ought to be written in gold. I have never heard of a dealer not having all of their costs included - especially in this day of computers. ALSO - I think this is a come-on as it is still listed online.. Other: Tony Ross, was so contrite... he felt soooo badly. He actually called me this week to let me in on a great deal - Yukon Hybrids just came in and he wanted me to be the first to know. lol. He thought I'd be interested because they were a couple of $thousand cheaper - how insulting! Tony - it wasn't the price that turned me off - it was the deal - or lack of it. I came in as a customer-for-life. I left saying I will never, never walk onto the lot of Martin Automotive again. You can't be trusted!!. more

Fraud 8/12/2010

Fraud. Flat out bait and switch fraud! I made a deal with them to buy a new 2010 Cadillac DTS. They printed out the "deal sheet" with all the details. I gave them a $1,000 deposit to complete the transaction and pick up the car the following week. When I went to pick up the car, they refused to complete the deal they had agreed to, and wanted $3,000 more for the car. I refused and demanded my deposit back instead. They refused to give me back my money or to complete the deal as previously agreed. I will be suing them to recover my deposit. I've bought 7 or 8 new cars in the last 10 years and have never run into such a fraudulent dealer before. They all play some games, but never flat out fraud like this. I have it all in writing. Stay Away! more

Considerate and Reasonable 5/21/2010

This dealership is top notch! They took the time to listen to all my concerns and kept me informed about my car while in for repairs, when I got my CLEAN car back everything was fixed and the staff was extremely friendly and kind. This is my new dealership! more
