I have been a customer of MUD's for 15 years. Not only are they friendly, they are on top of it. I recently had a leak that I did not know about. MUD left a letter for me, letting me know my monthly reading was higher then usual. I did indeed have a leak, that could have caused serious damage if it weren't for MUD. more

In it for the money 7/20/2010

I have found in my dealings with MUD that they are just in it for the money. If you want to pay with a credit card they charge a (convienience) fee. If they do any work on your meter they leave the ground and your yard however they want. They dont repair unless you constantly bug them and even then they just half @ss it. There hours for their office are for their convienience not the customer. They would be very happy if you just quietly slip your money in the mail slot and they never had to hear from you. I had to put rocks in my yard so they would quit driving in my yard. They know they have you because they are the only water company in the area. \r Pros: they have water Cons: everything else more
