My son and I were returning from a hunting trip in northern Wisconsin. Car broke down 20 south of Rockford. AAA towed us to Mark's inasmuch as he is a AAA designated shop. Got off tow truck and knew we were in a good place. Could have eaten off floor of garage. Mark's crew diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the part was unavailable that late in day. Mark personally took us and our two hunting dogs to local hotel. I had concerns over security of our shotguns. Mark assured me car would be inside and that the garage had 14 camera security system. Next morning car was fixed and Mark picked us up at hotel. we made it back the nearly 450 miles without a hitch. Great shop highly recommend! more

After receiving an emailed coupon a $20 oil change, I booked a weekday afternoon appointment as I was well overdue. Even though I was a little late, they were able to accommodate me and get my vehicle in right away. I was in-and-out in about half-an-hour, including the inspection. The front office staff is always pleasant and professional. more

They took care of us promptly without an appointment; they did the estimate quickly and efficiently; they offered us an equal vehicle to complete our travel plans for a very nominal fee and no mileage charge even though they knew our travel plans; they did the repair job so well that the van has never been better or quieter; they cared about us even though we did not live locally. more
