Our daughter is in CA in college but we live on the east coast. When her car broke down we had it towed to the nearest Mercedes dealer who estimated the job at several thousand dollars. We found Mark Douglas Motor Works with a Google search. Being so far away we were concerned about our daughter finding someone trustworthy to service her car. The repairs ended up being extensive but Mike went out of his way to walk us through the process, even sending pictures of the damage. We save a considerable amount of money over the dealer and the work is guaranteed . I could not recommend them more. Very nice to deal with and I believe very fair in their pricing.
