Marcus at Timo s was very professional and most importantly on time. We had a very unbelievably bad experience with ESSSerr and diagnosed the bad part in minutes while the other company 2 hours and a misdiagnosis and then they cancelled the repair on a Friday afternoon at 105 degrees! And the left the heat pump panel wide open and dangerous. We have the photos. Timo s is the best way to go! more

I love Marcus! He is the reason I went with Timo's. I had 500 questions and he explained them all in great detail and helped me out every step of the way in the decision process, single stage vs 2-stage, 16 Seer or 17 Seer, etc. and on and on. Thank you, Marcus! I am so grateful! more

We selected Timo's upon the high recommendation of a neighbor and also after reading many other very positive reviews. We had been considering replacing the Unit and met Rafael at that time. We decided we will do that after the summer season, so he also serviced our current unit until then. He was on time, courteous and thorough. more

The technician, Chris was very straight forward with his Explanations of what our service entailed. He was actually early for our appointment & took his time checking our ac unit. When he found a few items that were not running at the expected range, he made sure to show me. We wound up needing more refrigerant, a new fan & capacitor for the fan. I had found Timo's on Yelp & they not only honored a discount on there but I also saved $ by becoming a Timo's member! Great service!?? more
