The customer service is very poor and not professional. I scheduled my first appointment via e-mail. When I called at the appointment time, it's shown that no appointment was made. Then, the admin gave me incorrect legal advice. Finally, I got to talk to Margaret and Lori. Lori seems very knowledge. Margaret made a statement that I thought to be very interesting... ""I am always late anyway."" I was promised a follow up appointment for clarafication. I scheduled a follow up appointment. The day before the appointment time; I received a reminder call, which is a good sign. At the appointment time when I called, Lori was on the phone and not available to take my appointment. Also, the admin couldn't find the record that I have paid the consultation fee. $150 is over-priced anyway. \r \r I would not recommend this place to anyone. Margaret Wong is a humongous FRAUD. She is unprofessional, dishonest, unrespectful and non-responsive to her clients, and talks BIG, knows little about the immigration law. For this particular case, she claimed that she is an expert in CSPA, but it turned out she is a complete scam even the US Consulate indicated that. She rips off her clients financially and causes tremendous emotional damages. She does little work herself and her associates are incompetent! She is 2-2.5 hrs late for her appointment with her clients every SINGLE time. I can’t believe she is even allowed to practice law! Unbelievable!!! Cons: Very expensive, unprofessional, dishornest, and unrepectaful more
