Marc's Custom Fences

My fence is now almost 5 years old. It is literally falling apart. A Section blew over in a wind storm, when I checked it out I noticed that the toe nailing didn't even go into the posts?? He didn't use fence hangers so the nails split the wood and didn't fasten very securely. All the cuts were done in air without a tape measure so there are plenty of gaps. I have had to repeatedly repair the fence myself, I wouldn't trust them to know what do do. My neighbor saw him build my fence and after it was done used Grimley's. He makes a solid fence built with pride and it shows. This guy touts years of experience but he's a school teacher that doesn't care about Quality. I've paid the price and take this as a warning. It is the worst fence I've ever seen I should have built it like my other 4 homes. If you want it done right. ;-) Pros: None, unless you like headaches. Cons: Uses unsupervised High School labor. more

Marc came out and asked us what areas of our house needed to be fenced. When his team actually came out and installed the fence, one area of the fence was not in the requested/correct location. We talked him into coming out to fix it. The fence was repaired very sloppy, with a huge mess in the front yard, a slanted gate with a huge gap, and a section of the fence sticking out. How he is refusing to fix his mistakes. more
