Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. We used to eat there all the time, but since the new owner took over, nothing is authentic any longer with the exception of the Corona. No one in the restaurant is Mexican, or even speaks Spanish. To my disappointment, not even the kitchen staff and the chef / cook was Mexican, which is probably why the food portions were very small and food tasted very bland. The restaurant does present a sort of Mexican atmosphere, but unless you want mediocre Mexican food that is overpriced, I strongly urge you to avoid this place. Offering remarkable food & service for a looooooong time! The wonderful sauces and fresh margaritas help distinguish this restaurant... keeping it consistently ahead of the game. They add new options every few years (fish tacos, a martini bar, etc.) and have never made any changes to their staple items. DEFINITELY recommended for everyone!!
