Like going to the spa! 2/25/2011

My favorite dentists of all time; coming from a person who is scared and nervous during a simple teeth cleaning, that means a lot! I've seen Dr. Mannem about 5 times now and she and her outstanding staff truly makes ""going to the dentist"" like ""going to the spa!"" From the knowledgeable professional Practice Administrator, Kim Preece to the amazing wonderful bedside manners of all the Dental Hygienists making the overall experience relaxing and simple! more

Amazing job 2/17/2011

Dr. Mannem did an amazing job with a root canal and Cerec crown - it was painless, she is extremely skilled and not only does she have the latest technology, she knows how to use it very well! Dr. Mannem and her staff are genuinely nice and down to earth folks, I felt very relaxed and they kept me informed about every step of the procedure. This kind of genuine interest in the patient and empathy is very rare, so I am so thankful that there is a dentists of this caliber in Austin! Highly recommended - it's an absolute joy knowing that you are in such skilled hands. more

Highly recommended 1/26/2011

I highly recommend Dr. Mannem and her staff! I have had alot of dental work in the past and need to replace old mercury dental work. I found Dr Mannem caring and inviting. The whole office was great! I was greeted immediately upon my arrival with a warm, smiling Hello from Kim and welcomed by Gina for my initial visit. I was able to ask questions of Dr. Mannem about my treatment options. Her Office Manager Kim explained my insurance plan and my costs in a way I did not feel pressure and was given a complete cost analysis for my records. I was very leary about trying a new dentist and was very happy with the experience at Mannem Dentistry. I found out a large majority of my coworkers( Travis County ) see Dr. Mannem and her wonderful staff! Will recommend to all my friends and family. Very Highly Recommended ! 1/23/2011

I went to Dr. Mannem's office this past week for crown/bridge replacement and had a great experience at her office. The people at the front desk were friendly and patiently answered all my questions and were helpful. The office was very cool and modern and they have the latest and greatest technology (like digital x-rays, overhead monitors,..). Dr. Sasi Mannem is personable and made me comfortable right away before she began to work on my teeth. She was very professional and thorough in her work. I highly recommend Dr. Mannem to anyone who is looking for an expert dentist with a wonderful office!! more

Best dentist that I have found in Austin 1/3/2011

Dr. Mannem is the best dentist that I have found in Austin. She compares very well with my St. Louis dentist who was on the faculty of Washington University School of Dentisty before it closed. Dr. Mannem performs good quality work and has never tried to ""sell"" me unneeded procedures. Mostly I just need check-ups and cleaning. She did a very good job on my crown. When I needed two complicated procedures, a root canal and a tooth implant, she made excellent referrals. I have recommended Dr. Mannem to family and friends who were all very favorably impressed with her kindness and attentiveness. I have always gone to her original office on North Lamar which is a pleasant (but not spa-like) location. more

Converted dental phobe! 12/21/2010

I have just found Dr Mannem! I am a converted dental phobe. I have been lucky to finally find a dentist who has a great personality as well as a great dental staff! I have seen Dr Mannem's hygienist and also have developed a great deal of trust with her dental assistant. I have never been to a dental office where movies and headphones are available. The atmosphere is EXACTLY like a spa and the Lakeway office is very relaxing. The staff, as well as Dr Mannem are very nice and IF all dentists treated their patients the way Mannem Dentistry, there would not be such a fear of dentistry. I have been very fortunate to see Dr Mannem in both her offices and highly recommend Mannem Dentistry! more

Dr. Mannem was great!!!! 12/16/2010

I had a great deal of pain from my wisdom teeth coming in, I could not sleep for a couple days so I had to find a dentist that would take my insurance. I found Dr. Mannem from my insurance listing; I called early that morning since I could not sleep and they fit me in right away. I went up to the office with in 20 minutes of calling their office and they got me in right away, I was surprised and relieved. She treated me fast and with a lot of care, the staff was also so helpful and great! Everyone was very caring and helpful I WILL and WOULD recommend Dr. Mannem to ALL my family and friends. \r more

Good experience 12/15/2010

I recently moved to Austin, and like most people needed to find a dentist. I received a recommendation from my mother and initially saw Dr Steele. I had a good experience and the staff was very nice and professional. The front office estimated my fee and I was very pleased at the accuracy after my claim was paid by my insurance company. The office is very pleasant and does not have that horrible ""dental smell"". I met Dr Mannem on another visit and she is very pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend Dr Steele, Dr Mannem as well as the rest of their staff. I found it very easy to talk to the office staff and nobody seemed hurried to get my money and shove me out of the office. Dr Steele's office manager offered to explain my insurance plan and also offered to help explain my choices during my next open enrollment period. It was nice to feel they are genuine when saying ""we are here to help you and make your visits as simple as possible"". I have quite a bit of treatment and was also notified when I would reach my insurance maximum. I was offered CareCredit and the office manager has been very helpful helping with the financial aspects of my treatment. She definitely knows her business! more

Very Satisfied 12/10/2010

have been seeing Dr Mannem for two years. I was referred to her office by a coworker. She is so nice and reassuring. I did not need much dental work but I am very satisfied with Dr Mannem and her entire office. They go out of their way to relieve my dental anxiety and to explain my out of pocket costs. Her office manager went out of her way to explain my benefits to me and my coworkers when our insurance changed. The majority of my co workers see Dr Mannem and we have even changed our plan so we could stay with her office. I have never had an issue with her work and actually am able to relax in the dental chair due to the care and friendly treatment I receive every time I see Dr Mannem \r \r \r more
