Might want to call before you drive to Mammoth 1/18/2009

This is my first time writing something like this and I hate saying anything bad about companies, but just wanted to let you know how dissapointed I was today with Mammoth.. I read all the compliments about Mammouth (above) and even heard good comments from my co-workers. So I decided to try it out today...The weather had cleared up (50 degrees) from the last couple of days of raining, etc... And my car was indire need of a GOOD car wash. I drove the 20 minutes to get there, but didn't see any cars infront of the building(new location), so I decided maybe they were opened at there other smaller location. Drove there and didn't see anyone. So just making sure I didn't read the website incorrectly, I decided to go back to the new location and see what the business hours were.. They close at 5:00pm.. But it was only 4:00pm, some guy who was on the phone opened the door and said that they were closed but they would be open tomorrow - Monday.... I felt like I was disturbing him while he was on the phone just to tell me that they were closed.. Not sure if they close early that often.. But if you have hours posted, customers will believe you stay open until closing hours posted... I will give them another shot, to see how good of a car wash it is, but starting off there customer support needs some work. And I'll call before showing up to verify that they are indeed opened or not. Pros: no pros at this time Cons: better call before you drive there... more

Top Shelf car wash 5/4/2008

If you really care about how your car looks and don't want to subject it to a tunnel wash (like Sky), then this is the place for you. Great hand carwash with an excellent waiting area and friendly service. It is not inexpensive, but as with anything, you get what you pay for. I have higher end German cars, and this is the only place I would take them. And I am usually in good company too, as you almost always see other P cars, BMW's, Mercedes, Ferrari's, and Bentley's when I am there. There is a great monthly wash program that makes sense if you wash your car more than twice a month. Check Mammoth out, you won't be disappointed! Pros: Hand wash, attention to detail, you can buy your own wash mits for $10 and bring them each time, great waiting area with computers provided Cons: if crowded, wash can take 30min (or more) more

We surprised our office administrator with a full auto detail for Administrative Professionals Day. She will never forget it. Jimmy, the owner of Mammoth, gave her a personal tour of the work done on her car. It looked and smelled like a brand new car. All of the staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. The work was amazing. I will use Mammoth any time I need a special gift for family or friends. What a treat!! more

Great auto detail! 11/2/2007

My '07 Corvette needed some repainting after a minor mishap. All was well- except the body shop put some pretty significant swirls in the in the paint during their process. Asked Mammoth for an exterior detail and Zymol polish. The car is unbelievable! The paint is better than factory new (car has 4000 miles) smooth and EVERY swirl was completely removed - even a factory blemish in the clear coat that I forgot to mention to them. Highly recommend! Pros: Had an appointment that day, great work! Cons: A little bit up the road from the Perimeter but worth the trip more

GREAT customer service and GREAT workers! My car always looks amazing! 5/8/2007

I just can't believe the level of quality given to me at Mammoth! You just drive you car up and someone greets you. You walk into the office and there's someone waiting for you. You pay for your services, and then wait for your car to be brought to the front for you. The level of quality they put into each wash/detail is amazing! They cleaned inside my rims, did an amazing vacumming job (I can't even do that good of a job and I'm a perfectionist!), and had the outside of my car sparkling clean. I even had some huge stains in the back of my car (have to love children!) and they got every single stain out with their shampoo vacumm. My car looked brand new! And you want to know the great part?? I've been taking my car (my pride and joy) to Mammoth Car Wash & Detail Salon for 4 year and have felt this way EVERY time! Keep it up Mammoth! You're by far the best all around! Pros: Fast, EXCELLENT service for a great price more

By far the Best Car Wash n Atlanta! 1/23/2007

This the best car wash in the Atlanta area. I have been to SkyOne and the other and none of then can come close to Mammoth. In fact the Ferrari and Maserati dealership down the road brings its car for detail work. I know that my cars will alwys be taken care of with superior quality. This the best car wash in the Atlanta area. I have been to SkyOne and the other and none of then can come close to Mammoth.
