MaidPro thanks for the work you did for us today. I am 9 months preggers and I really appreciate the great job you did to help prepare our home for our new arrival. I can't thank you enough. Also, a thank you to the lady in the office that sent me a card and gift for baby, that was unexpected and gracious. Good Value for services 3/10/2012

I have to say the experience we have had with MaidPro is much different then other services we have tried. Overall, this company seems to be a well run outfit. They offer good cleaning but the customer service is equal to what you would expect in profesional service. They answer the phone, they take requests, and they follow up with us on a regular basis to make sure we are pleased. Overall we are pleased and have been using them about 6 months now. more

Ahead of the curve 3/4/2012

Finally a Maid Company in the 21st century. They have e-mail, answer the phone, and actually have qualified people answering the phones. The cleaing staff I get are professional and did a great job. These guys are way ahead of the other services I have tried in the past, and in a good way. more

These people understand good service - 6/11/2011

After I fired my last service I decided to give MaidPro a try. They are the third service I have tried, and I must say I believe I have found a real keeper. They show up when promised, do a great job, and they are always checking to make sure I am happy with the job done in my home. Way different experience than I am used to from a cleaning company, in a very GOOD way. The maids are great and the people they have handling the office are extremely professional and helpful. MaidPro you are an A+ 5 star in my book. more

Tip of the hat & thank you! 5/24/2011

Ladies and gents I must say that this has to be the best experience I have had with a cleaning service....ever. I usually do a deep cleaning once or twice a year and I decided to give MaidPro a try to get the house prepared for Memorial Day this weekend. They arrived early, did an excellent job cleaning, and I even got a call from their office staff to ask if I was pleased. Highly recommended. A+ more

Excellent Response & Service - 5/18/2011

MaidPro is by far the best maid service we have in Sugar Land. They have great service, automated reminders and I can e-mail my requests, which means a lot to me. They are the only maid service I've found that actually runs like they are not in the stone ages (i.e. they speak English, have computer, and actually answer the phone when we call). Plus, the cleaning is good. Highly recommend. more

We had a lot of difficulty finding a good maid service. MaidPro has been our service of choice for about a year now. They do an excellent job cleaning and the company's customer service is top notch. more

Really pleased... 5/5/2011

We have used MaidPro for 3+ years and have always had a very pleasant experience with this business. We appreciate that they check in to make sure we are happy on a frequent basis. For sure they are the most professional service we have ever worked with. The cleaner also told me (not sure she was supposed to) that the company really takes care of the staff with bonuses for good work, and employee benefits. I guess I never thought about it but thier cleaners are definitely a cut above what we were accustomed to seeing in our prior services. Overall we have nothing but doog things to say about MaidPro. more
