Magic Nissan of Everett

I promised them I would write this review so I'm keeping my promise! \r I took my 08 Nissan to them for a repair on my window that needed a new motor and cable. While there I asked them to replace my battery in my remote. \r \r I picked my car up and noticed my window has a few long scratches in the tint and the remote works worse than before they supposedly replaced the battery. \r \r I called and left a message, no return call.\r \r finally I called and got someone and she said she would let the service people know and someone would get back to me to fix the matter. NO CALL BACK AND IT""S BEEN 3 MONTHS +. \r I even emailed them and no response after telling them I was going to write this and let everyone know what happened. \r \r DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE!!!!!!\r They charged me $1100 more

I had my car towed in. Had know idea what was wrong with it and was stressed. Amber in the service department. Took me right in assured me no matter what that they would provide a car for me if i needed one. My car was looked at and fixed within an hour in a half. And another plus they had Hgtv on the tv. What more could a girl want.lol. more

Just wanted to say thank you for the great service i recieved from Magic Nissan. I went in with a small issue that turned out to be covered item and was taken care of quickly and very effieciently. Thank you for the great service and friendly attitude. more
