These guys are the BEST!! I ALWAYS come to them for a second opinion and they NEVER disappoint. Have recommended to everyone I know.

Worst

Smells stale.Mild cooling on himax but not cold like before.Might bring it back for recharging.it was a lot colder before repair.Doubled their money parts less than third total co...

A/c was not so cold but is now 3/4/2016

Turned up without notification but was able to get my car inspected quickly and approve the fix to my air conditioner. Fix was complete as promised on the same day and all is currently going well - a/c is freezing. Owner explained to me the problem with the failed component by showing it to me and describing the issue observing the die leaking in the condenser coils. Excellent shop. Warranty (good for cross country) is great bonus to the fix. more

Honest 2/28/2016

I moved to East Valley of Phoenix area back in May 2015. I has the same auto shop for 19 years. I am thankful I have found Az Auto Air to provide the needed maintenance to my vehicles. They are honest and will only perform the needed work. more

Honest 2/3/2016

This is the first time using AZ Auto Air Inc. but it won't be my last. They were very honest and helpful. They got the work done in one afternoon. I had my air conditioner looked at by a dealer service center a couple of years ago and was told I would need a new unit at the cost of $1200. I've been driving without air conditioning since because the cost to repair was prohibitive. I had AZ Auto Air look at it while my car was there for an issue with the starter. It turned out to be a leaking O-ring in the compressor. It was repaired and recharged for an extremely reasonable price. John and Steve were both professional, helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend AZ Auto Air Inc. more

Integrity 1/3/2016

I have to compliment AZ Auto Air for their integrity. On two occasions now, they have offered alternative fixes for issues that were lower cost than the option they could have offered. How many places actively look for ways to save you money? I'll continue taking my business to them just based on their honesty and integrity. more

Customer Service 12/21/2015

Thanks to Steve and John I was able to get my heater core replaced Saturday on short notice. Initially I thought I would have to leave my truck for two days, but that was going to be a hardship on me and Steve reached out to accommodate my schedule. Now My heater works which makes my wife happy. Happy wife...happy life???? more
