I grew up on this eating this pizza and loved it. But the last couple of times I visited mack & manco's it has been a bad expierence. The price goes up and The quaility of goes ...

This pizza is great ,with the 3 cheeses yummmmmm! I find the staff to be very professional and friendly if they are not so busy. I will say this it is better if you eat it there not take it home. I dont know what the difference is,maybe that it is still cooking in the box. Buttttt if you must take it home cook it at home yummmmmmm more

Pretty good 7/21/2011

It was good pizza and convenient to the beach. It was pricey, but I suppose that is to be expected due to it's boardwalk location. Perhaps it is my southern sensibility, but the staff seemed snooty. Bunch of surly teenagers. FYI, They only take cash! more

Lines are always long and for the life of me I can't understand how people wait. The worst sauce and cheese I have ever had on a pizza. Can't compare to Maruca's in Seaside. Pros: good crust Cons: horrible sauce and cheese more

It's not Pizza, It's GOD 8/2/2008

Title says it all... except, they should cut the menu to plain pizza with a birch beer.. and go back to the old painted menu board. Ordering toppings (besides oregano and pepper flakes) should be grounds for dismissal. Too expensive? I don't think they'd be out of line charging $100 for a pie. Pros: 7th and 9th Cons: 12 or 13th.. wherever the ""new"" location is. more

Ever since i was little ve been going to ocean city every somewhere macks is a tradition in my family and i wouldnt give it up for anything i was down in OC about a week ago i got macks and its nostalgic i think of all the places ive stayed all the times my grandfather played basketball and went fishing after eating macks, and when i fell in love with white pizza...but only macks.If you guys read this, your awesome keep doing what your doing. Pros: Always smiling faces, you get to watch them cook your food, its like a high school gathering. Cons: haha cons shouldnt even be on this page.. more

Great Pizza 12/11/2007

I 've lived in Queens for over 40 years so I know about pizza. Mack's is some of the best I've ever had. It's not New York pizza but pretty close. Whenever I go to Atlantic City, I ask Bally's to make sure a Mack's pie and birtch beer is in my room when I get there. Bally's always complies. Pros: great pizza and worth the trip more

The pizza is all crust and each slice is a different size and the servers don't even bother to say hello let alone say thank you. I hope that Mack & Manco people read this because I love that place and I am really disappointed about the change. more

Best Pizza anywhere between NJ & MD 6/21/2006

I grew up on this pizza. I've lived in MD since 87 and there is no, I mean no pizza like Mack & Manco. Whenever I go home I have to get a pie. The pizza is soo soo good you dont need any toppings. The hand toss is the best, especially when it is hot out of the oven. While you are waiting for a seat or to be served you have the entertainment of watching the pizza being made and cooked right before your eyes. Not to mention the gorgeous Italian guys who are your waiters. I was there several months ago during the fall and a lady who was 60+ call the guys eye candy. Pros: Ambience Cons: THE BEST PIZZA on the boardwalk and during the summer YOU HAVE TO WAIT. more

Mack n Manco is by far the best pizza I've ever eaten. Is it a 'shore tradition?' You bet it is! How did it become a shore tradition? By being the best tasting pizza on the boardwalk. There is a reason that they have four locations in O.C., three of which are on the same boardwalk, just as there is a reason they all have long lines while all of the other boardwalk pizza places have barely a customer. Why? 12/29/2004

This has to be the worst pizza! I have had better making it myself. Growing up in north jersey and eating real pizza...why would you subject yourself to the hype...do not be swayed because there is a line. The best pizza on the boardwalk is at the food court or stay in the line at Mack and Manco's for pizza that has no flavor, no taste and you might as well eat the cardboard box it came in. more

Can't be topped! 6/14/2004

Yes, Mack and Mancos' pizza may seem like a Jersey Shore tradition (for shoobies). But, having grown up eating Mack's pizza, then tasting pizza in other regions and states, one can truly taste the difference. You can't top Mack and Manco! Also, don't bother ""topping"" the pizza. When eating their plain cheese pizza, that's when you truly experience the incredible taste that can't be found anywhere else. more

Mack & Manco isn't the best pizza ever made. it's pretty good. but it's a jersey shore tradition, so that's why you'll always find a line here. slices are cheezy and greasy. grab 2 slices, you can sit at the counter or grab a spot on the boardwalk. and enjoy the ocean breeze.
