Detail oriented boiler maintenance service 9/20/2017

Thomas has serviced my boiler several times. I ask for him for the annual maintenance appointment because he is very detail oriented and does a very thorough job. He has explained a number of nuances of the system to me such that it can continue to run smoother. more

Cool! 7/26/2017

My central AC was blowing hot air in the middle of a heat wave (naturally). Meanwhile, my (former) regular AC guy wasn't even returning my calls. I called MacFarlane after reading some reviews on line, and I am glad I did. Johnny was here the next day on time and literally had my AC running in minutes. And he didn't break the bank! Thanks! See you in the Spring for a tune-up, Johhny. more

Unreal service and pricing. Don't look anywhere else. Dan came out to my house today for an oil burner service. He was professional, courteous and informative. I switched from Devany energy (who were painful to deal with)...not to mention WAY more expensive. I switched to MacFarlane and haven't looked back. My upstairs neighbor still uses Devany and we were comparing rates...they charted 30-40 cents/gallon on average compared to a similar time fill up for us. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! more

Wayne S. was the service technician assigned to my heating issue. He was very prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. Problem was fixed quickly and completely. It was nice to call and have a technician at my door within a short timeframe and heat restored!!! more

Great Furnance Service Experience! 2/16/2017

My furnace blower motor was acting up, and the furnace was ticking a lot...MacFarlane was able to come out the next morning after my call; showed up on time, no more ticking at all and blower motor is behaving..my furnace and I are very happy!!! Great job Wayne!! more

Boiler and hot water tank replacement 2/3/2017

MacFarlane just finished installing a new gas boiler and hot water tank for us. They were here for two days. It is such a pleasure to recommend them for any heating issues you may have. From answering my husbands' thousands of questions to a great price and installation they are top notch. Their installation crew was clean, prompt, professional and thorough. I want to thank John G, Jimmy M, Brian, Dan and one other whose name I didn't catch for such a superb job for us. more

Long Time satisfied Customer 1/10/2017

MacFarlane has been my oil and service provider for many years. They have installed a new furnace and water heater as swell as serviced these units as an ongoing annual maintenance program. Their service staff are always courteous, highly capable and reliable. It's been a pleasure doing business with them. more
