Responsible and Mindful 12/1/2011

I wish to thank you for the wonderful support MSA Moving Company ship to our move the 2011 weekend. The crew was phenomenal -- friendly, hardworking and professional. They did a fantastic job packing up a large number of plastic bins and boxes, a huge selection of plastic bags of clothing in addition to car seats and strollers, within an organized fashion making the transition to your new location easier. I am unable to even imagine the way you could have done it without their support and yours. more

Superb, Reliable Service 11/30/2011

From the very first contact with MSA Moving Company, I was astounded by their helpfulness, honesty and great customer service. Patiently, they talked me through my move, by what I needed what my concerns were and reassured me it would go smoothly... Also it did. The movers were extremely competent, quite efficient and did it all with good spirit. I knew which i could trust them with my things; while my belongings might not be super valuable, they are mine - they reached my new place in the very exact condition that they were in prior to being moved. Really Expert Service! 11/1/2011

I moved my business in Albuquerque to a different location. I had many valuables that were very high priced including paintings, sculptures and numerous works of art that were irreplaceable. I had learned about MSA Moving Company and decided to call them to get an estimate. I was greeted with a very courteous sales representative, who reassured me of MSA Moving Company excellent degree of service, as I was very nervous with all of the expensive items I had to move. Every piece was moved without a scratch on it. The movers knew just how to wrap and pack the items. They were the greatest bunch of guys, and turned what could have been a very stressful experience, into one of the best moving experiences. I will unquestionably be utilising them again for any future moves, and can highly recommend them. more

The best Moving firm! 10/26/2011

I dispise moving, but they actually made it an enjoyable experience! MSA Moving Company were punctual, friendly, helpful and helped me stay calm during my move. I had some very difficult pieces to move, some with great sentimental attachment, and they treated it with the greatest of care! Any questions I had they answered plus they obviously knew what they were doing. I would recommend MSA Moving Company to anyone who wants a hassle free move. more

Caring and Attentive 10/25/2011

I did a lot of online research into well-rated Albuquerque moving companies and called a number of movers for quotes. MSA Moving Company provided the best hourly rate, and that i decided to go with them. The three movers were on time, very professional, and incredibly helpful. They completed my proceed to a new studio in lust a few hours, and everything arrived here in fine condition. The fee at the end of the move was as decided, although there were a few additional $10 charges for shrink-wrap for the couch and a bag for that chair. Overall, MSA Moving Company made moving day manageable. Five stars and that i would definitely recommend them. more

Recently i hired MSA Moving Company to help me with my move. They provided a stressful experience smooth and easy. The first thing that impressed me about MSA Moving Company, would be that the owner, personally came to my apartment to create the estimate. In all the many years of living in Albuquerque and all the moves I've made, it was the first time that the owners has taken the time and care to actually make sure I was being taken care of. Your day of my move, the men who came to move me were so wonderful. These were polite and courteous and were extremely careful with all of my belongings. Not only was the move fast and painless, but the estimate I was given held true after the move. I have already recommended Manor to many of my friends and coworkers and that i will use them myself on my small next move. You really can't fail with this company! more

Reputable and very affordable 10/23/2011

Because of Angel & his colleague, my moving day was smooth. I needed Starving Students scheduled each day, but the quote given on the phone was absolutely different than usually the one when they came over. So, I permit them to go. My friend referred me to MSA Moving Company and they scheduled the move for the same day and there was no surprises if this came to prices. Movers were Fast and they didn't take a break before the job was done (5 hours later). They did not complain about the broken elevator or uncomfortable location to load and unload. They professionally protected all items. As a realtor I will definitely recommend these phones my clients. more

MSA Moving Company WILL RIP YOU OFF - FRAUD!! 7/23/2011

STAY AWAY! MSA Moving Company was just Moving Services of America in June 2011 but have changed their name (once again) to cover up the fact that they're not a legit company that will hold your stuff hostage. Google every one of their addresses and you will come up with a storage facility (who knows nothing about them). You will have a recording of a Nichole or Sherry (ext. 14 and 15) who will NEVER return your calls once they have your credit card number and your possessions. Google MSA and Moving Services of America and compare the websites and phone numbers... they are all fake and there are several all over the US (midwest, CA, CO, KS, NV, WA, UT, WY, etc). They will hold your items hostage and double the weight of your shipment and the total amount due and you will not get your belongings back until you pay what they demand. If its too late have your stuff reweighed. Call local police and request civil standby during delivery and police at reweigh. Call the many #'s for the company and be persistent - someone will answer eventually and cancel your credit card. They are not a registered company, are not licensed with DOT and have over 53 complaints with the BBB. Contact FDOT and google Mover Rescue. DO NOT LET MSA drive away with your possessions!!! AMAZING MOVING EXPERIENCE 7/8/2011

I used MSA Moving Company for to move from Albuquerque back to NY and they really did such a great job that I had to write a review. I was very concerned that they may damage my gorgeous bedroom set but they moved it perfectly without even a scratch. I also couldn't believe how efficient they were. MSA Moving Company weren't even very expensive compared to other movers. My move was seamless! more

Best movers we found! 6/25/2011

My family used MSA Moving Company movers for the past 15 years. Their packers were and quick and very careful. I used them to pack my 2 bedroom home and I thought it would take them at least 10 hours. They were done in 4 hours with 3 packers. MSA Moving Company moving crew and also top notch. Movers were running 15 minutes late and called me to let me know that they were stuck in traffic. When you are packed, they really can pack the van quickly. I highly recommend MSA Moving Company movers in Albuquerque! more

These guys were great! 4/26/2011

This was a very stressful move for our family, as we had to move due to me losing my job and then getting a new job 30 minutes away. My children were not happy about the move. MSA Moving may not have been able to make my children happy, but they were able to take away some of the stress by handling the move so well. We knew that the movers were very competent and we did not have to worry about the actual physical part of it, which took a lot of stress off of my and my wife. Thank you! more

Great service 3/22/2011

That was a great surprise! I never though it would be such a smooth move to my new apartment. I was very excited about moving but was quite stressed. Flat rate managed to work around my schedule and changed the start time a few times until everything worked out between the buildings and my schedule. They even called the building and sent insurance (my building is very strict). I was impressed. I didn't have to worry about anything and that's how it should be. Great service! I highly recommend. more

A job well done 3/17/2011

The move went very smoothly to our surprise and the price was the same as we were quoted initially. The movers were courteous and polite. They managed to accomplish this complicated move that involved three different locations efficiently and without any problems. I was also impressed with how well they worked with the doormen at the apartment buildings. I strongly recommend this company to anyone moving. more
